The beach is beautiful. Employees are very pleasant and eager to help. I like the Italian restaurant and the seafood restaurant! Service was very good. Like the room service. Place was kept neat and clean enjoy toiletries. Like the apples and cookies in the front offices.

A couple of nights there was a foul odor outside our room. The toilet area doesn’t offer enough privacy. The glass doors has sections that are see through , I was told that after 30 minutes inattended beach or pool beds will become available. Belongings will be place at lost and found. Many beds are left with towels and are unused. They were never made available for guests.

Beautiful property, very attentive staff, excellent covid protocols, free covid tests and quarantine protection if traveling back to the US. Wonderful place to just relax and unwind. Definitely recommend a swim up room so you don’t have to claim pool chairs first thing in the morning.

Concierge was too aggressive in trying to get us to attend a package seminar. We were bombarded right after check in and not taken to our room despite explaining we were tired from traveling. Very off putting first experience, thankfully, everyone else on staff was wonderful and it became a blip in our memory.

great food options, large pools, excellent service, rooms were large and well appointed. loved the no straws rule! we were able to extend our stay and keep our room which was nice.

lots of plastic water bottles in use, the pools weren’t as clean as we’d have liked, the main pool was closed for maintenance, and the others needs a little TLC. we weren’t happy about being pressured to sign up for the membership they offer, but all staff were very friendly and helpful.

The food and the service at the restaurants was excellent. our favorite was the french restaurant for dinner. The show at the Tepanyaki was beautiful. and the bread at the cafeteria was very nice too.

a little more entertainment during the day activities, regardless, the activity staff was very friendly, and the bartenders at the Skybar were amazing...the dancers on the show were also very good.

staff is top notch. very great customer service from everyone. I loved how you could do something new everyday and not be bored. food was great.

there was some fruit flies inside the shower/tub area.

Breakfast was great, Shows were really nice. Staff was awesome!!!!!! They should be a chance to eat at the preferred customers area

Pools should close like 10 pm n open at 6 am. Meat at the Asado dinner was a little hard and too.much skin.

The hotel is amazing! Great facilities and has a semi-private bay. It’s an all-inclusive hotel, but the quality of the food and bar could be better.

There’s a lot of salesmen trying to sell memberships to the Dreams/Secrets consortium. it really is annoying.

We had an absolutely amazing stay. All the staff was so kind and helpful. They accommodated our vegetarian diet. The property was gorgeous. The spa was incredible. I highly recommend this resort and we will back in the future!

Everything was perfect

The food was good, service & facility was clean. Beautiful location and beautiful beach.

Waiters at the beach never offered us drinks, poor beach service. Employees that exceeded our expectations where chef Damaris, Jorge from la cava, Karina from pool bar service, Royeli from the bar, Jazmin for Checkout. & the cleaning ladies & room service people were also amazing.
