I loved how the room came with a unit for heat. I liked the breakfast. I liked how it was close to the destinations that I had to go to.

the water from the showers was very inconsistent . I would have to wait a while before the water got hot then when I was in the shower, the water would turn cold while I was there. I really would have liked a hot shower especially coming from the cold water outside. There were three people in the room so the next person definitely had to wait before getting in or the water would be cold getting in.

The breakfast was very good it was hot and they kept the food coming. What a fantastic staff going out of there way to help with anything you needed

My friend and I are handicap and they helped with our luggage and my wheelchair the ladies at the front desk were amazing especially Samantha she is worth her weight in gold I used the pool and Sam and the dining room lady helped me get in and out of the pool. 1 thing that would help is the lift chair in the pool. You should advertise pool open for a small fee 5 to 7 bucks to help pay for a new lift chair

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Really nice hot breakfast! Nice pool. The lady who was maintaining the breakfast bar was so sweet and helpful!!! She kept the food stocked and it was tasty. If you don't mind shabby carpet and a few stains on the walls and floor, this is an affordable option for an overnight stay.

We love dogs, but only service dogs should be allowed in eating area - it's gross to have dog hair floating around the food bar. Towels were too small for standard sized adults. They were almost too small for 12 year olds.

The breakfast was the typical breakfast at a hotel. Always appreciated! The room was clean, fresh, updated. Until the last night the room was very quiet. The bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was excellent (despite the drain was slow). Overall, a happy surprise and wonderful stay. The outside was also clean. We traveled with our dog and it is appreciated that the outside was free of trash or other debris that can be dangerous.

Amazing hotel experience for this price point! (I paid $80 for a weekday night) Better than some hotels that I have paid double this price for. It was so nice to have multiple gluten free options for breakfast, including gluten free waffles! Yum! The beds were comfy, the room was clean and spacious, the hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. Free parking is always a bonus! :)

The housekeeper knocked once and then immediately started opening the door before I could reply, (before 9am) which startled me and made me feel a bit rushed even though checkout was noon. No hot tub by the pool, though they used to have one (it's there, just filled in and tiled over). The whole pool area could use a deep cleaning & scrubbing. My bathroom fan was insanely loud, so my daughter would only use the bathroom with the light off. (sorry, I forgot to mention it to the staff while I was there. It's room 301)

Lexy checked us in and she was super nice! Was having trouble with tv and she came to the room and took care of it. The fitness center was open 24hrs which I really liked. The free breakfast was good also!! I like the fact that the mirror and sink were outside of the bathroom. I was traveling with my 91year old Mother and we booth like the toilet and shower separate. The beds were comfy and nice pillows. I would definitely stay there again! Very friendly staff!

Bkfst was very good plenty of choices , my room was quite on 3rd floor , bed was comfortable , enjoyed the huge mirror and cleanliness of the bathroom, room had microwave and modern small refrigerator overall very nice!! Went swimming and pool area clean but clock wasn't working but the water was warm and I enjoyed it!!

There isn't anything bad to say the place was excellent , clean and comfortable !! There is nothing I did not like it met all my needs and I have no complaints !!

Breakfast was EXCELLENT! Room was very large. I loved the 3 mirrors in the vanity area. I could put on makeup while hubby was shaving and there was room for one more person. The bed was comfy and I appreciated the comfy chair with a footrest PLUS a couch and coffee table.

TV programming left a lot to be desired. Wi-Fi was so sketchy we couldn’t even stream from our own devices.

I liked that I was given a room on the top floor away from the elevator so we were able to sleep through the night. I liked the quick and friendly reception we received. I also liked the cleaning ladies. They were very friendly at the elevators.

The continental breakfast was the worst I've had at a hotel. There was little variety for a diabetic (no fruit besides oranges, no nuts or grains), the bacon was so salty my husband couldn't eat it (and that's really saying something). We saw the lady when we started to look at what was available, but that was it. The tables in the dining area needed cleaned. Would be nice to get a rate for the room without the continental breakfast and go out to eat.

Breakfast was well stocked. Wasn't a ton of variety but it was very good. Everything was clean, our room and the common areas. The location is GREAT, easy access to I-90 and business 20. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Room was everything we needed and the air was cold! Great price and a comfy stay. Next time we are in the area, we will return.

Hotel was full and parking could be difficult, especially if you returned late. It appeared to us that there was only one elevator but to be fair, we never waited very long, although a few times it was full and we had to wait for the next pass.
