The staff is super friendly and attentive. The room was big, clean and situated at the back of the building with a Bosporus view. The spa area with the sauna was perfect. Also i want to mention that the location was excellent!

The breakfast needs to be improved. First of all there is no variety. There is extra charge for some basic things like omelette and orange juice. Also it would be nice to be served in the terrace instead of the basement. Last but not least housekeeping ladies have to respect do not disturb sign (they entered in my room twice while i was sleeping) and avoid using the vacuum cleaner during the morning.

The staff were friendly and courteous. On the day of departure, we had to walk 5 minutes to the taxi because no taxis can stop in front of the hotel. The staff even carried our suitcases and found us a taxi driver.

The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. They stored our bags while we explored then brought them to our room when we checked in. The room was very spacious and clean, well appointed with in-room ammenities and super comfortable. The pillows were lovely! Slightly noisy as our door was right next to the elevator, but this didn't bother us too much.

We used the Spa & Wellness centre facilities and booked a package for Hamman and Massage. My masseuse from Thailand was amazing and very thorough with great attention to detail, however my friend who booked exactly same package as me received a very different experience with nowhere the same level of service (all masseuses aren't made equal). The hygiene practices and organisation also left a lot to be desired too. And just a word of warning, there isn't a separate section for men and women - you're all sharing the same space which was a little uncomfortable for me.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel for a week. The location is excellent, and the breakfast was delicious every morning. The reception staff were polite and helpful, especially Mr. Utkan, who stood out with his exceptional service. Overall, our stay was very enjoyable.

The hotel offers free access to the sauna, pool, and hammam, which was a great addition to our stay. However, the rules regarding the hammam were unclear. Although there were items available for use in the hammam, a cleaning staff member informed us on our last day that these were an additional cost. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to clarify this with the reception before we left.

There is many things I liked about this hotel. From the moment I walked in with my son, we were welcomed and assisted with a room early by Utkan who was amazing. Everything from the breakfast to the room and facilities, were all great. This hotel is in a superb location close to all the main sites and transport, which is extremely convenient. I just wish I could have stayed longer on this visit. Thank you Utkan, for the early check-in and breakfast. It was great to see all hotel staff being professional and attentive. See you soon.

There is nothing dislike.

Room was nice and cozy, food was average and staff was kind. Hotel has good location but the street is a bit noisy.

The spa is not worth it - it is small, not very clean and water in pool is cold. Hamam is not any nice, and not well prepared for the accidental visit. Room was very small, far away from 15 sq meters. They changes it after 2 days when I requested twice and sad there was an empty room in our corridor. We got 2 extra meters and it helped us because we were with a baby. The rooms were clean, but under the bed it was big mess. They changed towels every day when we dropped them on the ground. Breakfast is almost the same every day, not much varieties, but it was OK. Staff was always smiley and almost often keen to help.

Had a 5 day stay in this hotel with my friend. Location was amazing! Room was also very good: unlimited hot water, quite warm room (if you figure out how to use AC), amazing view from the window. Tram didn’t bother us at all, and moreover was very handy! Amazing access to public transportation! Waterpool and sauna are also great, had very good time there. Staff is calm and friendly. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and return myself!

Had a small incident in the end of the trip, but I consider it misfortune of our own rather than norm or evil intention of anyone. So little bad luck didn’t spoil our trip or hotel impression. Can’t wait to return!

This little hotel is very cute and authentic with small original rooms. At first, I thought the tram, which is right beside the hotel, would be too noisy, but ear plugs took care of that, and it wasn't a problem! The staff are very nice and go out of their way to be helpful. The location was perfect for us, halfway between the spice bizarre and the blue Mosque, Grand Bizarre, and Palace. Lots to see, so get your walking shoes on! We loved the local breakfast. It was great.

The advertising for these rooms has been totally overdone..... don't expect much and you won't be disappointed.

We loved our time in this hotel. Warm, clean, comfortable rooms.It was a pleasure to come back there after the day of sightseeing. Free sauna and pool are great ending of the day especially if you travel in winter. The staff is friendly and willing to help in case you need something. Great location, it’s just 10 mins walking to the main mosques. Also there are train , tram stations and harbor is close by. So you are well connected and can travel to different parts of the city. The rooftop restaurant is also nice. Recommended!

The rooms aren’t really soundproof, for couple of nights we weren’t lucky with the neighbors, but after all it didn’t ruin the general impression of our stay. Breakfast had different options , but some dishes like salads would be nice to cover to keep them fresher , the presentation isn’t the best.

The hotel is located in the old town area of Istanbul within a very close distance from the tram station, Marmaray metro station and the ferry terminal, making it a great starting point to reach other areas of the city. There are many attractions within a walking distance from the hotel. The area around is quite lively with many authentic local restaurants, souvenir shops, lovely cafés. The staff is very friendly, polite and helpful. They arranged the airport pick up and contacted us on our way to check if everything was going smoothly. The room was very clean and the breakfast was rich in variety. I highly recommend this hotel and will be returning the next time I visit Istanbul.
