Lovely / Dining Area With A Large Range Of Breakfast Options. Location Was Great (Afew Minutes Walk From Centraal Station And Amsterdam Centre) And Is Located In A Nice (Quiet) Area. The location is perfect, right near Amsterdam Central station (took us 5 mins to walk), and therefore comfortably walking distance to main city centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful and they helped give the hotel a relaxed vibe. The room was a good size and had all the required facilities to be comfortable (bathroom, desk/chair, tea/coffee, soap, shampoo, tv, fan, extra pillow). The room was cleaned every day and towels replaced. The included breakfast is very good, with lots of variety. Well priced for all of this! Would stay here again easily.

The location was perfect, close to Amsterdam Central station (approximately 10 mins walk with luggages), and at a walking distance to the city center, we were able to walk everywhere. You can find anything you need nearby - supermarket, bars, restaurants, etc. The have 24/7 front desk. They are able to store our luggages after check-out. The room was not so big (that was expected in Amsterdam) but adequate and it was just as seen on the photos, and had all the amenities listed (tea/coffee, kettle, slippers, towels, soap, shampoo, tv). The bed was big and comfortable. The towels and tea/coffee were replaced every day. Heating was good. Wifi was strong. Our room was on the ground level, so no experience with the stairs/elevators. The included breakfast was very good, with lots of variety - scrambled eggs, sausages, pancakes, pastry, fruits, etc. Dining room staff were very kind and helpful. Berna was lovely, always smiling and answered all questions we asked, it was nice to chat with her. Berna hanım tanıştığımıza memnun olduk :) Manuel from the front desk was super nice, kind and friendly, he helped us with everything, he offered suggestions on places to eat and recommended a really nice Italian restaurant. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend. I would definitely stay there again.

Shampoo was terrible, that needs to be replaced. And a small fridge would have been great. Overall, we were happy with our stay.

The hotel is near everything in the center of Amsterdam. They have bikes to rent and that makes everything much more ease. We never used any transports. The breakfast was good, although they didn’t have fresh fruit. The bed was cozy and clean and they have a 24/7 service, so if you need anything, you just ask. They are all nice. We were able to keep our luggage on the check out since it was early than our flight.

The room was too hot. I know Amsterdam is usually cold, but the rooms should have air conditioning and they don’t. The air doesn’t circulate and it becomes too hot. The locks of the doors are super heavy and dangerous, and we were always waking up with other people arriving to their room because of that. The room doesn’t have a mini fridge so we couldn’t keep our water cold and other foods that we bought.

Taking into account the price, everything was more than better because the location is perfect.

The employee with red hair was a complete disaster; we rented bikes to the hotel, when we arrived to museums area we realized one of them was punched and when we came back to the hotel, he told us there was nothing he could do... So we paid 2 bikes for 24 hours and used them less than 6 ! ; Refund, according to him, was unable. Rest of employees, super cool and polite guys, explained us he could have changed the bike for another one... We paid his lack of knowledge or his lazy predisposition

Got a very friendly welcome by the receptionist named Artemis who even brought me water while waiting (as it was a hot evening). Aka really great customer service. As I needed to leave very early (before the brekfast) I asked for a breakfast bag, which was possible to arrange without issues. The brekfast bag was unusually well filled with egg, heated ham& cheese toast, croissant, butter, jam, honey (other hotels usually have had less items) and also had a disposable knife for butter/jam (which other hotels usually forget to add in my experience). The public areas looked fresh, clean and modern with a bar at the reception level. If I had arrived earlier in the evening it would have been a nice area to hang at after travels. My room was at -1 floor level and the room felt fresh/clean. Adored the accent wallpapers! The room was well equipped with glasses/mug and a tea kettle and tea bags. The outside looked historical/old and the inside have a modern vibe to it, it felt like someone had made efforts to think and design the areas in an affordable way. The location was easy to find from the cental station, basically just going left and then straight leftish.

Overall I was very happy with my stay. People with very heavy bags or problem walking might have issues as the place didnt have elevators. The room could possibly have had coffee in the room (for those who like that) and not only tea. And a small improvement to the breakfast bag could have been some sort of liquid/beverage of sorts, (water/juice/tea/coffee, anything) as it now didnt have anything and I had to buy that on my way to the airport.

It's a small room (do pay attention to the square meters per room they mention on their website if that's something that matters to you!), but I was quite impressed by how efficient the layout was. Small, yes, but well laid-out and more than sufficient for my needs. The bed was very comfortable; I slept well every night. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and while I personally never spent much time in the lobby itself, it had a welcoming atmosphere and I noticed that many guests did take advantage of it and seemed to enjoy themselves. The breakfast was good—featuring bread and toast, fresh fruits, meats and cheeses, eggs both boiled and scrambled, various spreads, baked sweets, etc—and the dining room, like the lobby, also felt quite nice and welcoming. The location of the building itself was also quite good. The train station was conveniently nearby, and most places I wanted to go were within 10-15 minutes walking distance.

Unless I missed it, there didn't seem to be an electric outlet in the bathroom, only a hairdryer that was permanently attached to the wall. (The layout of the electric outlets in general was a bit strange, though I know that's often a problem in building built pre-electricity, so ultimately that aspect didn't bother me too much—just the lack of one in the bathroom.)

Very good location, ~10-15 minutes from the Amsterdam Centraal railway station. It's easy to get from the Schiphol Airport, then to walk on foot and explore Amsterdam, and also to get to any other location you need to go. My room was quite big. Breakfast includes all basic 'usual' things (ham, cheese, tomato, cucumber, croissants, different types of tee, and coffee). Hotel staff was very nice and helpful.

I would like the 'hot' level for water to be higher... I would say it was slightly warmer, but not 'hot'...

The perfect location for those who plane to wander around Amsterdam city center.

The crowd in the morning in the dining room for breakfast. Poor wifi connection in the room located at the C level. it was on and off (more off than on).
