I have stayed here before, it is an excellent value for money. Not quite in the centre but close enough to walk or jump on a metro/tram. The lounge on the first floor is a touch. The rooms are clean and look freshly decorated. The breakfast is good. There is a typical Czech pub downstairs and farmers market just outside.

The only slight issue which won’t stop me from staying again though, if your room is facing the main road, it gets very noisy very, very early in the morning. Try to ask for a courtyard room.

Very good location near the National museum. All attractions are within easy walking distance. Great bar downstairs, shops, cafes, Mcdonald and KFC are near from hotel.. The hotel is clean, everything is new. Breakfast is abundant, excellent. The staff is very nice. I recommend it.

Nothing. The windows faced a busy street, which is noisy since early morning.

The breakfast is a very, very varied buffet, lots of fruits, delicious hot dishes and cold dishes, for example 4-5 kinds of cheese, 4-5 kinds of meats, salads, vegetables, a huge selection of pastries, soft drinks, coffees and cakes, there is too much to say. Staff is very friendly and we get fresh bed linen and towels almost every 2-3 days, and the kettle's drawer belonging to the room is constantly refilled with coffee, powdered milk, sugar and filter teas. The hotel is very close to famous squares of the city, such as Wenceslas Square and Old Town Square.

I booked two rooms for this trip, one for my husband & I and our daughter, both our rooms located in first floor and next to lounge. our room (room 103) was perfect we hardly hear any noise except for occasional slamming. all went well with the rooms, etc if I can only add a few things, a small shelf in the bathroom next to shower to put our items and another mirror so one can put make up on while the other having a shower, that's all. Will I come back next time I visited Prague? Absolutely, location is perfect you can walk to tourist attractions, tram and Subway stops are both walking distance, parking space a bonus as well.

Maybe the staff could be more considerate with the noise they made before 9:00, a bit noisy and hardly could sleep in after 07:30

Lovely clean hotel with a lovely restaurant next door. Our room had ceiling windows which took a bit of getting used to as no views but lovely comfortable room with modern, clean bathroom. Also windows had remote control to open and close and to do the blinds. Room was a little dated and wouldn't need much to jazz it up - a few modern pictures etc. but we would definitely come back. The pillows were not comfortable for us but we're quite fussy! Lots of choice for breakfast (on until 10.30am). Eggs, yoghurt, breads, cheeses, meats, salad, cereal etc. Lovely lobby area on first floor with a vending machine for drinks and snacks but no bar in hotel. Loads of choice of food and drink within a minutes walk - Domino's, McDonald's, KFC, Burger King etc. Tram line outside hotel door so really easy to access everywhere but we mainly walked as quite central.

I'm overall very happy about my stay at the hotel: delicious breakfast, friendly staff that is trying their best to help with anything possible, and convenient location. Great value for money, and the staff does make sure the guests are satisfied and happy. I felt comfortable and heard.

A minor inconvenience was the WIFI connection. It was weak, which made it impossible to have calls in the room. So if I needed to get some work done, I had to either go to the lobby on the first floor, the nearest coffee shop, or the breakfast area (which was open till 11 am). Luckily I wasn't relying on it, but if I need to travel for work next time, I would need to make sure I get a different room with a stronger connection. Towels either had small stains (not dirt, just those types of stains that are hard to get rid of) or were torn here and there. I know that towels are usually being washed by an external company (not the hotel itself), but I'd recommend the staff do a proper revision of the towels. Otherwise, I highly recommend the hotel.

The room was VERY clean, and facilities were exceptional and rather new. The hotel had a renovation, so the design is modern and appealing. There was a delicious breakfast with good vhoice. The staff was helpful, and the WiFi was fast.

It was noisy at night (we could hear people chatting in the hallways), and our room didn't have any curtains or jalousie, so the lights were disturbing. It was never 100% dark at night, and when someone turned on lights in the building in front of ours - it was all in our room. Hopefully we had sleep masks. Also there is no regular lobby in the hotel where you can rest a bit - just a couple of cold stone stools but that's not really comforting.

Everything, the location, how clean it is, the design, the great breakfast, and above everything, the attention and help from the staff and, first and foremost, Jana, who is a walking school for what perfect customer service is. I visit around 50 hotels a year & I don't remember ever encountering such exceptional attention. I would recommend anyone I know to visit Hotel Beranek!

At the beginning I book a small room with single bed but was my mistake that have been solved. Even its small bed is great and room has everything you need.

The hotel is very well located, staff is kind and helpful. The room is comfortable, well furnished; the bathroom is very clean and the shower is great; the bad is comfortable, but if you like firmer mattress, maybe you don’t lime theirs, bit to me it was great. Breakfast is delicious, with a wide variety of breads, proteins, cakes and other stuff.

My room was to the street side and l had some problems with the noise, because of the tram during the dawn and early morning. So if you are a light sleeper, ask for rooms away from the street. They should think in sound proof windows.

10/10 for customer service! They very kindly let us check in early and leave our bags for a few hours after check out. The room was spotlessly clean, had good AC and the blinds made it nice and dark. Breakfast was pretty good too. Easy access to town on public transport.

The room was in need of a refresh - marks on the wall and some chips in the woodwork. The towel rail in the bathroom was only stuck to the wall with a sticky pad and this fell off in the middle of the night! Bed very hard.
