This hotel met my expectations. The hotel's services were of a high standard and staff were always helpful. The room was well equipped, cleaned every day. Beach towels were also available. Toiletries, towels and a hairdryer were available in the bathroom. The pool was clean and big enough. The beach was accessible right next to the hotel and was beautiful. The sea was clean and warm. Breakfast and dinner were delicious and there was always enough food. There is an additional charge for drinks during dinner. I can recommend this hotel and we would love to come back here again.

I didn't like the extra bed. It was horrible and not up to standard for such a good hotel.

Location, pools, service were very good.

We took breakfast and dinner included. Breakfast was very good, however, water was not included in the dinner price. Paying 25-35 eur pp at least a glass of water could be included. Tab water was not available either, so the only choice was to buy a very expensive (3 eur per bottle) one from the restaurant. At July heat, 4 persons each evening it added quite a significant amount to the extra cost.

Very good location just in front of the beach and lateral from all restaurants ( better from noise point of view).We had a nice room with balcony having a fully view of sea, beach and sourroundings, very clean and confortable. Good selection of food in the morning with larger choice at The Level restaurant. Dinner lower than expectations.during the week days but better on the week ends. Entire hotel staff very nice and helpful.

It has to be known that sun beds belongimg to the hotel are located on concrete platform ( prices between 40 to 20 eur per sun bed) not on the sandy beach of the gulf so we had to move more at the west part. Then related to meals: no drinks included not even water and this is really not acceptable.. Limited numbet of parking places at location even at 20 eur per day

The choice of day time activities. The option to use the facilities after you check is Great.

Think the usual loungers at the beach on the beach side should be included in the level.

Amazing view, even if you get the room with the lateral sea view. Rooms are big enough. Very good breakfast, lots of options. Nice gym, open 24/7. Very good location, not so busy but not far from the center of the city. No problem with AC. WiFi works very well at the hotel and by the pools also. Definitely recommend to stay 😊

Problem with sunbeds. In high season people reserve sunbeds by the pool at the early morning. Floor in the room could be cleaner, there was a lot of sand.

First we got a big upgrade! And we really enjoyed the Junior Suite, such a beautiful suite with perfect views! The breakfast was insane, lots of choices! Loved the gym and pools, beds at the pool were comfortable. Beachtowels en normal towels were changed every day, as well as the sheets of the bed. Would go there another time for the hotel. Only didn’t liked Magaluf.

The floor of the room could have been cleaner. And unfortunately the beds at the beach were not there (we were there 2nd week of October)

We loved the breakfast - they had GF options and so much to choose from. The room was nice and just had everything that was needed. The only thing was when we were staying it was very windy and there was the most bizarre noise that you would hear all through out the day and then into the night. Which made it difficult to sleep. We had informed the desk and it stopped for a while but then the next night the same thing. It was as if someone was using the car horn right outside our door. Other than that everything met our expectations and we would stay again.

Breakfast was amazing and delicious, we stayed in the level area (vip) and we were have happy with the service and the lunch with cocktails in the evening. Kids Club was really great and all the activities that they have around the day.

I think they need more employees, there was anybody to help us with the luggage as we arrived. The elevator to get to the Level area was broken and it took 2 days to get fixed. Service around the main pool was also not so great, was hard to find someone to get an information/service.

The hotel is renovated, the reception, restaurant, rooms ar really nice. For sure the view from the balcony is awsom if you take a sea view room. We liked both breakfast and dinner buffets, really tasty food and rather varios choice. Very comfortable bed.

We did not like the restaurant service. You have to wait to be seated sometimes for 20 minutes, even the restaurant is not busy at all ant there are plenty of free tables aruond! It is a buffet, not a restaurant with service, so I actually could not understand such stupid rules. Very slow service in the pool bar, food was not very nice, but rather expensive. The pool area was not very clean sometimes. The hotel has their sunbeds on the beach, but you need po pay 15€ for sunbed. Absolutelly unreasonable price for parking- 29€ a day!!! Big problem with elevators.

Very good resort. Great for families. The kids club is superior with many activities throughout the day until 10:30 pm for kids up to 12. The sea/ beach water in front of the property is very dirty. The beach chairs are an extra cost and quite expensive which is a shame. Breakfast buffet is great. The bar restaurant is very inconsistent in quality and very expensive. But, you are literally steps away from so many restaurants on the boardwalk. Nikki beach is next door which is a bonus. There is a club similar to a lounge called the level. No one mentioned this or tried to upsell it which was a shame, but you can get this option if you upgrade to a suite. It’s probably worth it as all drinks and snacks are complimentary.

Transportation: renting a car for the day is very easy! But getting a cab is not easy and very stressful. Although the hotel staff will call and arrange, they cannot control that the one taxi company doesn’t always answer the phone. If you leave the property, they cannot help you get back. They did it have or offer a driving service other than the taxi.
