The food at the hotel was great beyond what I expected, the hotels gym was fully functioning had everything you would need and the hotels aesthetic was overall stunning! Staff were also very on top of cleaning rooms and in all other parts of the hotel.

No music at the pool lacked atmosphere in other cooks clubs there are DJs or music playing if this was resolved it might stop a congregation of battling speakers around the pool by hotel guests. Air con isn’t amazing very basic and although the sound proofing from outside the balcony and strip was amazing the noise from the corridors and other rooms was an issue. There was a seriously steep hill to get up to the property just to bare in mind if booking a stay here but obviously nothing can be done by the hotel to amend this just a note.

The property is very modern, clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the sea view from the balcony. There were plenty of sunbeds in different spots to be used around the pool. There are 2 pools and of good size. The breakfast was really good. We also had lunch and dinner at the hotel a few times, good prices and delicious dishes. We were there during Euro 2024 and they showed the games as well. The location is great because you can reach different beaches. It’s also close to restaurants, kiosks and a bus stop that can easily take you to other beaches or Palma. Even though it’s next to Magaluf I could sleep very well. I would recommend this property to others and return if I am in the area.

There was very little I did not like. The property is on a hill but not much that can be done about it. For the atmopshere having some music at the pool would be nice. At the breakfast I was a bit confused where the plates and cutlery were located, maybe re-arranging a bit could be more intuitive.

This property has a lot of potential!!! It’s so close to many beaches and in between MAGALUF and PALMANOVA.. the amenities are very nice, modern, boho beach vibes however the rooms are a little basic. Note that this hotel is being renovated as we speak so once completed it will look great. It’s a great hotel for your buck with a restaurant and 2 bars, 2 pools.. Note that MAGALUF attracts young 20 year old travellers who love to party! So it’s a little rowdy.. filled with young ones so it really depends on if you care or not. My partner and I enjoyed it and Im normally quite fussy with hotels.

The rooms could use a bit more love in my opinion but then again, the price was great Fix the elevators pls🙏🏽

The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of food to choose from. The sea view from the pools was very nice. The pools were also clean, the staff and manager were very friendly. The cocktails at the bar were also very tasty. The location was perfect with just a short walking distance to two beaches.

They could add some quiet ambiental music at the pool and bar because there was no music at all. In our toilet the water was not flowing properly from the shower and it was leaking into the front door from the hotel, which is probably because of the design of the toilet itself.

the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. The architecture of the hotel was sublime. The views were magnificent. The pool was fantastic (except often young tourists monopolized it). It is just a 10 minute walk to wonderful beaches. The breakfast was wonderful.

My room was tiny with an army-like cot. There was a cute little terrace, but pigeons visited regularly. The hotel was lovely. However, most evenings, other tourists were drunk, screaming at night, disrespectful. It surprises me that the hotel accepts this. I found sleeping often a challenge. I know it is a party area but there should be some time cut-off, like 1 or 2am.

The room safe is charged extra. First time ever that I saw that.

Breakfast was perfect. So much selection and high quality food. Pool lovely and clean. Upscale vibe. Brilliant location.

Aircon wasn’t great - wasn’t located within the bed space so the actual room got really hot. Room wasn’t cleaned sufficiently every day - sinks still had toothpaste in, floors with sand still on - no fresh towels given every day. WiFi was temperamental which caused the TV signal to also be temperamental. Silent around the pool - no atmosphere.

Have been here the 2nd time! Just love it! Really really nice staff and amazing people around. The best breakfast I had In a long time! Really nice here. Of course I would love to sleep with open windows but... its in magaluf - therefore a bit loud in the evening. AC is nice and quiet. Gym is nice, pool is nice and plenty of outside area to chill.

one thing you could do better, there is a lot of light coming through the gaps at the room door. That is a bit disturbing.
