Quiet in spite of being in the middle of town. Private parking was a game changer for us. The room and the bed were extremely comfortable. Decent although cold breakfast. The adjacent restaurant was excellent.

The front door was locked on arrival. The note on the window said to go to the restaurant, but that was also locked . So we stood on the pavement for a few minutes with our bags until the restaurant was unlocked. This was in spite of indicating our arrival time in advance as requested. Once in everyone was delightful.

Very pleasant couple of night's staying with friends while visiting Arras. The staff we met were friendly and engaging and the patron could not have been more helpful. Our rooms were clean, tidy, spacious and comfortable, with all the anticipated amenities. Off street parking in the small courtyard was a bonus for such a centrally located hotel, within walking distance of the central squares, shops, markets, restaurants and bars. Would happily recommend and return.

We drove to the hotel - the parking was easy to locate and safely tucked behind the hotel. It's a tight squeeze but we have a large Ford Kuga and parked without a problem. The reception team were very welcoming and spoke both French and English. They made some recommendations for dinner and advised us of the breakfast times. Our room was very big with air con (fantastic in 30 degree heat!), with a beautiful classic French window, en suite shower room, and separate toilet, which were all immaculately clean. The room was very quiet - we couldn't hear other guests nor any traffic. The location is fantastic - it was a very short (five minutes) walk to the popular Place Des Heros, where there were multiple restaurants and bars and a thriving social scene. We will be booking again next time we visit Arras.

Nothing! Everything was perfect.

Very comfortable and colourful modern room in location near the city centre with open air on site parking, at the hotel. There is a restaurant under the same ownership next to the hotel

There was no member of staff on duty and the hotel was locked when we arrived: if appears the hotel wants guests to give notice if arriving before 5pm, but this was not clear beforehand. The hotel entrance is in an unprepossessing side yard off a main street, which would benefit from some redecoration and did not create a very welcoming feel, especially when the hotel was closed up - nevertheless the inside was clean and new. There were also no black teas in the bedroom and at breakfast.

Our second stay at Le Dome. We like the location, the parking arrangements and the size of the room. It's a great place for a stop over (like us) or as a base for exploring Arras. The staff are friendly and accommodating.

We stayed in the same room as we did last time. Unfortunately it's suffered a bit in-between. One of the bedside tables had a broken glass top, which was quite sharp but apart from that it's still lovely.

Nicely renovated Hotel and rooms, 5 min walk from Arras trainstation. Easy communication by chat and telephone, as I arrived and left outside reception desk opening hours. Everything worked well with key in a key safe box at the entrance

Nothing serious. Restricted opening hrs of reception desk, especially in the morning (as of 8 AM). Those who need early breakfast, there is a bakery with coffeeshop just in the corner. The lighting of the access passage from the avenue to the hotel entry door could be with stronger light…

Very nice accommodation, nice breakfast (though a bit pricey), responsive host. Incredibly quiet. Next to a lovely restaurant with a terrific bar (and Bartender Alex, who was a hoot and extremely cordial).

Check-in could've been smoother; the host/staff just isn't around for check-in until 5 p.m. You need to call to alert someone; we arrived to find the place locked. Thankfully, the host also operates the restaurant next door, so the staff was able to track him down. There was a bit of a language barrier but not insurmountable.

Location is excellent. Bed is really comfortable. Air conditioning is very good. Rooms are lovely and big. Very clean too.

The breakfast is quite basic and it would be good if they offered more choice of cereals, meat and jams. I would also prefer it to be covered as there is often a fly around the food. There is no cooked option at all. The outside space could be prettier, as there is no nice view at all from any room and the entrance road is very run down.

STAIRS UP TO BEDROOMS WERE PROBLEMATIC FOR SOMEONE WITH MOBILITY PROBLEMS. HANDRAILS REQUIRED ESP ON RIGHT SIDE GOING UP. CARE NEEDED IN DESCENDING, STAIR LIGHTING COULD BE IMPROVED. ENTRANCE TO PARKING

The hotel is located in a quiet hidden courtyard off one of the main streets. Rooms are quiet, bed is super comfy, wifi great, and the staff, though they don't speak English, were extremely helpful and friendly. Location is close to city center and easy to get to, even if walking from the main station. Hard to find anything to fault about the room or hotel.

Breakfast is typical French, which is fine, except the cost is steep for what you get. Parking is a bit awkward to get larger cars into, and again a bit steep, but you could also park on the street if you wanted. Hotel doesn't have an elevator, which may be a problem for people carrying heavy/large bags. Stairs are wide and easy to navigate.
