Super friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was beyond what most hotels call a continental breakfast. Hot items, including waffle makers. Yum!

Not happy at all when our overseas flight was cancelled due to no fault of our own and hotel wouldn't waive their no refund policy for no-show that day. Over $100 lost. Since the floors are not carpeted, the floor needs to be swept under the beds. Hated the trash can which was incredibly small for a room. Need some type of mat to catch water on entry when it is raining hard. We had to use towels to dry the floor when we arrived during a torrential storm. Of course, that left the floor dirty, and we had to wear shower shoes at all times after that.

Wonderful hotel, it was very clean in a nice area, and the staff were very very nice. One of the days the key wouldn't work I walked down to the lobby area and had to have it reset. The staff were really helpful and nice and took no time at all to get me into my room. It was comfortable and the beds were nice. Definitely a nice budget hotel. It is by an airport but that didn't bother me as the hum of the AC made enough white noise to not even really hear the planes. I would definitely stay here again. Worth the money I paid. PS house keeping was also amazing and came in everyday and tidied up the room by the time I came in for the night.

Everything was wonderful. I can't think of anything I didn't like.

The room was comfortable and clean. It did show the age of the motel, though. Staff was exceptional. I would book a room here again.

The shower head was calcified and I used a Clorox wipe on it. Also there seemed to be stains around the tub. The sink was clogged.

Cleanliness of room; pretty comfy bed; very comfy pillows. Appreciated breakfast the next morning.

My only complaint is the signage of the motel. I'm older and wear glasses; the itty-bitty sign on the front of the building should be larger to accommodate those of us who need to see from afar. Also, Highlight it's a Best Western property; that was what I was looking for in an unfamiliar city. Plus, it was raining that day which made reading signs even harder.

STAFF WAS EXCELLENT AND THE ROOM WAS CLEAN. THEY OFFER A HOT BREAKFAST (BETTER THAN MOST HOTELS WITH THEIR CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST)

THE ONLY THING A LITTLE OFF WAS HOUSEKEEPING EVERYTHING ELSE WAS GOOD. YOU NEED TO CATCH THE BREAKFAST EARLY , IT DOESN'T APPEAR TO BE RE-STOCKED WELL. HOUSEKEEPING DIDN'T PAY ATTENTION TO THE "DO NOT DISTURB" TAG ON THE DOOR HANDLE., AND THEY NEED TO BE A LITTLE MORE CAREFUL AROUND YOUR PERSONAL ITEMS LIKE MY LAPTOP.

I have stayed here around 6 times and love the hotel. All your employees are very friendly and helpful. Can park right by door of room. They honor requests like ground floor, late check-out (couple of times, due to late flight from airport). Hotel is, literally, right next to PIE airport. Your breakfasts are AMAZING!! Selections are great! It's one of the things I like the most.

Bathroom floor could have been a bit cleaner...

Bed was very comfy. Breakfast had lot of variety. Sausage links were excellent--very good flavor. I didn't see any milk. The potatoes were very hard and cold. I booked here partly because of the free breakfast (and close to airport for our flight next day). Plenty of towels!! Liked that you could park right at your door.

Room could have been cleaner. When I went to put my computer on desk, it was wet and smeared. Curtains need to be thicker/or rubber backed. You could see right in rooms at night if there was a light on. The slip front desk gave us for TV stations did not match the stations in room at all. A little pricey.

Room was reserved for 4 people only got 2 towels a day when I called the desk to ask for 4 a day the front desk person on night shift said I was only allowed 2 but the following day the day shift person said it was no problem at all and notified housekeeping to rectify the issue I don’t understand y night shift couldn’t have done this or y I wasn’t getting a towel per person from the beginning

The property is very close to the airport. The room was large and very clean. The bed was comfortable and the area was relatively quiet being so close to the airport. The shuttle was not available for our Sunday flight but, the front desk attendant woke up at 5AM to get us to our flight.

No airport shuttle as advertised. I'm sure your awesome attendant would like to sleep in a bit :)

The room was clean and well stocked with towels and amenities. The location next to the airport and the shuttle were great. We had just gotten off of the cruise ship and arrived to see if early check in was available. They got us into a room by 11 am and were so accommodating.

The beds were REALLY hard.
