Room was nice with a lovely view, very clean, comfortable bed...all the important things.

The boardwalk trail around the lake is such a wonderful idea and I enjoyed it. The boardwalk itself definitely needs an update, either a good sanding and painting, or a total replacement. There was also a good bit of trash at the edges of the water along the trail. Seems it would be worth it to have an employee tasked with doing an early morning walk around the lake with trash tongs and a garbage bag. I'm sure the wildlife would appreciate it, too!

The location was great with easy access to the airport and highways. yet was peaceful enough not to know you were close to either. The bar was very inviting and drinks were good. pool and jacuzzi were clean and nice with plenty of clean towels available.

unfortunately the mattress was not very comfortable. it wasn’t bad to fall asleep on but you could tell it wasn’t a great mattress when you woke up sore in the morning. although the sheets, blankets and pillows were perfect.

The hotel location is in a quiet area, so no outside noise. The hotel was also close enough to hop on the freeway to get to other locations. We visited all around St. Petersburg and Clearwater with ease. The bed was comfortable, and I loved that we weren’t bothered by housekeeping, as it was only by request, or cleaning was provided on the 4th day of stay. The staff was nice, and we appreciated the free bottled waters, Starbucks on site, and the free parking in front of the hotel.

The room with balcony was awesome. Loved that I had a small couch and desk in the room. For the most part the room was inviting and comfortable.

The wifi would rarely connect and when it did it was horribly laggy. I had a better connection using the guest wi-fi from the apartment complex across the lake. And the bed was a little too firm even with the pillow topper and not as comfortable as the beds I've had in other Hiltons I've stayed in. I did not sleep great during my stay. And the coffee pot was a little too convaluted and not user friendly first thing in the morning. A small Keurig or a normal 4 cup pot would be a better option.

This hotel was beautiful! It was very clean, the view from our balcony was exceptional, the pool was clean warm and had everything you needed to swim. The room was clean beautiful and made our stay like we were at home. We enjoyed walking the path around the lake in back of the hotel. We seen a bunch of different wildlife. We will definitely be back on our next trip!

The only thing that was wrong was the hot tub wasn't working but we didn't really need it with how warm it was each day.

The facility was gorgeous. I loved it from the entrance with the beautiful fountain. I walked in and the lobby was grand and full of color. My room was spacious, bed was so soft and comfortable with cloud pillows. I loved the spa tub which is the only reason why I booked a suite. The grounds were beautiful. Full of scenery. They had a walking/running path over the water where you could view the nature of the property. It was very relaxing. Breakfast was also very good and the staff in all the areas were attentive and friendly. A wonderful experience for my birthday

Loved the customer Service at your front desk from the moment we walked in - Angelique at the front desk was extremely nice , you can tell she loves working for your hotel . Chris the next Morning was just as nice. Super grateful for your great staff. One thing we did miss ( bell boy ) was having someone take our things up to our room , as well as bring them down. Also 2 mornings we went to fitness center, they didn't have water.

Hotel was quiet, making it easy to get rest. The balcony view is incredible! I loved the "no contact" check-in on the Hilton app! Loved the fact there were feather pillows and a down comforter. The balcony room was located at the end of the building which is a positive for piece and quiet!

There wasn't any body wash in the large in-shower containers....but by the time I realized it was empty it was too late to call. I also didn't like the fact that you don't have fresh towels and the bed made during my two night stay. The State of Florida is no longer under any covid mandates and therefore, housekeeping services should resume!

Very clean hotel and room. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant and bar were great, good food. The pool and jacuzzi were relaxing and the grounds are beautiful. Another great plus was the closing walking proximity to Top Golf.

Nice size balcony. Strong shower water pressure was a plus. Pool and hottub nice.

Couch in suite was not that comfortable. Remote for TV needed batteries. Sliding door to balcony was squeaky. Would have been nicer to have a microwave instead of a wetbar.
