Love the breakfast! Hot eggs and sausage available every day with yogurt, oatmeal, fruit, cereal, muffins and waffles! Yum! Kitchenette was awesome! Had a full-size fridge with literally everything we needed like plates, cookware, etc. Double-thermostat was cool. Housekeeping staff was SUPER sweet, always polite and friendly. Super close to SO MANY restaurants and fun things to do. I would definitely come here again. Looks like the kind of place that people come for their annual vacation with their families.

Towels were terribly uncomfortable. Could do a better job trying to manage large puddles after it rains. Grab a squeegee! Just a minor inconvenience. Also, housekeeping with most hotels keeps their carts to the side when turning over a room. It was challenging making our multiple trips to the car after checkout because housekeeping parked their cart in the middle of the walkway!

Loved the hotel. Really liked the layout of the place with all rooms looking out onto the pool.

Breakfast left a lot to be desired, we ended up going out to eat breakfast. One other thing to be aware of, this hotel is right in the middle of everything which is great. However, Old Towne is right next door, trying to get to sleep was difficult, it was like a live concert right outside our room very late at night, no fault of the property, just ask for a room that’s farther away!

Quite a good breakfast with alot to choose from. The suite was very spacious. I liked having full appliances and microwaveable dishes. Also, living room space was quite comfortable. The pool area looked really nice however I didn’t get to experience it due to time constraints

The AC in the bedroom was very loud and the bedroom TV didn’t work. Also I asked for wheelchair accessible room and I got the 3rd floor which was very hard for my husband to get around in his wheel chair. Also the walkways on the 3rd floor was wet and had a lot of damage areas which made the hotel look really run down. Also lots of kids in the pool after hours, which should be really for adults.

Location was good. You could walk to supermarkets and food restaurants. Everything in the hotel was good. Room bed kitchen etc. Felt like home. Shuttle to the parks. You could do your own laundry free (only buy your soap). We felt save and home. I would definitely come back to stay there and recommend it to people.

The guy who was there from holiday Inn offering cheaper tickets to parks.. he let us buy cheaper tickets by sending us on a tour first but didn't told us we will be getting offers (forced) to own a house. We lost half day there for something we didnt know would be happening. we were getting forsed to become a owner of a holiday Inn house.

Well located near Disney World. You can just uber and it costs almost nothing. The rooms are very spacious, its really feels like home away from home. Staff is very friendly. Ordet is absolutely amazing. Lovely surrounding shops within walking distance. The gift shop just outside the hotel, the food trucks and dollar tree are a must visit.

Would be good to remove the carpets from the rooms. The hot meals options for breakfast need to be beefed up.

Clean, organized and comfortable units, great location for all the Orlando main parks. They do a daily maintenance of the unit which means you'll have a made up bed and clean towels when you arrive at the end of the day. Breakfast was quite varied and tasty. There are supermarkets, a fee restaurants and diners in the area.

Something minor, we had only one spoon in the unit and even after we requested more they never came back with more. Fortunately the bar tender in the pool bar was super nice and provided us with a few plastic spoons

The set up of the room was very nice! The beds were comfortable. Always had plenty of towels. The breakfast was awesome! They had something different every day we stayed there! The kitchenette was very nice. An apartment size refrigerator/freezer, a dishwasher, stove top and a microwave! They text me upon checking in to make sure my room was as expected! And to see if I needed anything! The pool and hot tub, they were clean. They had a designated smoking section.

I liked everything about my room and stay. The only thing I may not have liked was the brightness of the bedroom part of the room (I like bright) but some may not, personal preference

Rooms were exceptional ! Felt more like a well furnished apartment than a hotel room. Could have accommodated up to six/seven people comfortably. Breakfast was well prepared and a well planned variety to suit anyone's cravings. Heated pool and hot tub were very nice.

Room service didn't pick up / exchange used towels and trash so had to call after hours to have this done. Bath tubs were very slippery and caused my wife to injure herself when she lost her footing. Was only given a bath mat after complaining about the incident. She was in discomfort and not able to enjoy remainder of stay.

The 2 bedroom suite was very spacious. Clean and to my surprise 2 bathrooms A++ .. The breakfast was great a variety of things so my group of 7 always found something to eat big money saver there. Overall staff was nice there was a few at the breakfast area serving that looked at you ugly but I just ignored them. Location was great felt safe oh and free washer dryer was awesome since we got drenched our last night there.

Like I mentioned previously there was a couple ladies at the breakfast buffet that could have been friendlier 🤷🏻‍♀️

it has a kitchen, which has the basis, that helped me out to make all things for my toddler. Also, most of the time was quiet. The pool in convenient, no crowds. The room is plenty and the living room as well. Plenty space for parking and for free. The wifi is totally ok, you can do your things as usual. Laundry room for free, just access with your card and thats it. Good restaurants in the area, foods truck, even a store to buy some souvenirs.

We stayed in the 2nd floor, first 6 nights was quiet. The last 2 nights for some reason there was a noise coming from outside, but this was like a big fan coming from the same building. The pool is not heated, would be nice if it was. and the breakfast, there is something with the taste of the eggs, is not that good and after a couple of days I was staying away from having breakfast.
