The location was beautiful and so relaxing! Lots of beautiful countryside to look at. The rooms were a nice size and very clean. The staff were so lovely and friendly. They were very kind and helpful to us too. The breakfast was very nice every morning, delicious coffee with lots of cake!

It was a remote location in the countryside so you definitely need a car! But the staff were very helpful getting us bikes, which we used everyday. It's a shame there are no taxis in San Teodoro, but that's not the fault of the hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and kind in helping us get around!

Our stay at this accommodation was nothing short of exceptional. Maria Teresa, our host, went above and beyond to ensure a warm and welcoming experience. The breakfast was a delightful spread of delicious treats. The room was spacious and meticulously cleaned daily, a testament to the attention to detail. The terrace offered a breathtaking view of the hill and sea, providing a serene escape from the hustle and bustle. Despite its peaceful surroundings, it's just a short drive from the vibrant San Teodoro. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect stay. Highly recommended!

Everything was lovely: the peaceful location, the view, the pleasant accommodation and the plentiful breakfast. The welcoming and professional manner of Maria Teresa who was always available to assist and accommodate. She is amazing! We highly recommend this establishment and hope to return again soon. Property was very nice and peaceful, simple but authentic. Very nice view of the valley / sea. Maria Teresa was really wonderful and always available for anything (and especially wonderful to my cat Lulu) Thank you ☺️

Nothing we didn’t like. Breakfast was amazing regarding sweet things, however savoury and / or healthy options could be improved.

Lovely accomodation! Little private patios (with comfy seating) outside the rooms to relax and enjoy the beautiful view. Warm welcome from host Maria Teresa and delicious breakfast. Clean and comfortable room. Close to San Teodoro for groceries/ amenities and short drive to sights nearby.

We thought there was a restaurant for dinner but unfortunately it was closed.

Very nice and quaint Italian rural rooms. The surroundings were quiet and picturesque. There was a very nice kitten that visited every day and was friendly.

There were some bugs and no Wi-Fi, but makes sense as it is in a rural location.

The property is well located not too close to the hustle and bustle of San Teodoro. The rooms are always kept clean and breakfast sets you up nicely for the day. Many thanks to Maria Theresa who made our stay truly memorable, a wonderful and thoughtful host.

The property is perfectly located and well structured, the room has all comfort, tv, fridge, air conditioning and a comfortable bed and soft linens.

We enjoyed our stay very much.

the location was perfect with a magnificent view from the room overlooking the mountains and la cinta beach. the breakfast was delicious and fresh, and the service by Maria Theresa who controlled everything was brilliant!
