Right next to the palace, secure, and very nice accommodations. It is a very large 2 bedroom apartment! Showers were huge, biggest I had in Italy. Was very happy here. The owner was also very kind and helpful, and his son was just awesome and helpful too.

We liked everything. Had some minor issues with wifi. It worked in a bedroom, but it had signal problems in the living room. Tried to set it up in living room where it had a problem with signal, but no problems in bedroom. The showers could use a little more cleaning in grout areas, but everything else was spotless.

The location is perfect - close to the train station, the town centre and the Royal Palace - very easy to find. The property is spacious, clean, modern but cosy, comfortable and well-equipped. Every detail of the interior is polished to perfection that contributes to feel the Italian attitude to beauty! Michele and his wife are very hospitable and friendly -italiani veri! It is one of the best properties we have ever stayed. Thank you!

The property was beautiful. Very clean, comfortable and the bathroom is amazing. It is also very close to the palace and train station. The man who manages the property is wonderful and really went above and beyond to make our honeymoon special! Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Caserta.

The owner and his family - very friendly, answered all questions, sent a guide what to visit and see in Caserta. The apartments is very modern, fantastic!! One of the best properties I ever stayed!

Facilities, large rooms, close to the train station, to Reggia, to the supermarket, there is a bar with pastries and delicious coffee.

Odd that no washing machine for such a lovely well appointed apartment. Shared kitchen. We got bitten in the bedroom by mosquitos. Nowhere else though.

5 stars hotel quality but all for yourself! Amazing apartment! You have all you need. Awesome shower. Very comfortable beds. Paid Parking infront of the building. Complimentary big bottle of water, coffee, sugar. Michele greetings you in arrival. 7 minutes walk from the Reggia. Thank you, Michele. We have wonderful stay!

The location is perfect , a short stroll from station, Royal palace and centre of town. The property is beautiful Everything too class and Michele and the others delightful . Could not recommend it more . Stay here when in Caserta

Very friendly, welcoming host. Large room and huge bathroom. A stone's throw to the Royal Palace and a few minutes walk to the train station.

I loved the shared kitchen and the living room as it was such a good way to become friends with other guests. The bathroom was simply exceptional and quite extravagant. The bed was very comfy, and the host, Michele, was so welcoming. He was like the greatest Italian uncle you have finally met!
