The hotel is next to a station, and 10 min walking from asakusa. The room was ok, it looked clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was helpful

Our air conditioner was broken and was kept open with a folded napkin that didn't look so clean. The spaces where super small so it made it difficult to move in the room. The system to leave the baggage before check in and after check out was an organized caos, you leave them in the lobby and the staff keep them together with a cord but they get moved around constantly by the staff or other guests trying to get their baggage, that makes the space to move around in the lobby very limited around check out time.

Best place I stayed in while in Tokyo, have stayed here many times and will continue to stay here for future trips. Great location in Asakusa right before the Ginza line subway station. You can walk to Sensoji in about 10 to 15 mins but you can also take the subway one station to Asakusa station if you want to appear right in front of Sensoji. There is a pier near Sensoji where you can take a boat ride to odaiba and a few other locations if you want a boat ride down Sumida river. Tokyo tower can be seen around the area and can be accessed via a transfer at the Asakusa station or better you can take a direct bus right in front of the hotel (Google map will tell you what to do). Plenty of excellent eateries for all kinds of budget around the area, and shopping like Donki, Uniqlo etc. Room size isn't great but that's typical of all Japanese business hotels. The top level onsen was a twice daily visit for me. Staff was helpful whenever I had to mail my luggage to the next hotel.

Good location, clean rooms, nearby Asakusa station and sensoji, tons of amazing small and local eateries nearby. Literally within a minute walking distance from tawaramachi station. From there you can get to Uebo station and use that station as a transit point to get to almost anywhere in Tokyo.

There is only 1 washing machine and dryer per gender, so 2 in total. (1 set/pair in each public toilet/bath room). This makes it very difficult to wash your clothes and you tend to have to wait for an hour or so before you can actually use the machine. Typical Tokyo bathrooms that are small and compact. Hardly any room to move around in the tub.

Extremely nice onsen with open air bath and view of Tokyo skyline. Location is very good 1 block from Tararawachi station. Walking distance to Tokyo's most visited Shinto shrine-Sensō-ji. Easy connection from Narita Airport via Keisei Skyliner to Ueno Skyliner/Ueno JR station to Tawaramachi station. Elevator in Tararamachi station exits at street level on the same side of the street makes luggage transport much easier.

Unlike many APA hotels, no convenience store is located within the hotel. Also, there is not a restaurant. The hotel sells breakfast coupons for the next door cafe, but the breakfast is small for the amount paid. I found a great bakery-Yamazaki- around the corner, and a breakfast place a few blocks down from the bakery, but It would have been nice to not have to leave the hotel for breakfast or snacks.

Location is good near to subway and the service from the staff is very good. My kid left one of his toy during previous stay in this hotel and he can get it back in lost and found. He's very happy that he got his toys back.

We are traveling from overseas and also exploring attraction outside Tokyo but when we left Tokyo just for one day we cannot store the luggage in the hotel due to hotel policy. Actually there is coin locker near by the hotel that we can store the luggage. Would be better if the staff could advice us to store the luggage in the nearby coin locker if they cannot help store the luggage due to policy.

room was as what i expected, a bed, a table, refrigerator, a private bathroom, and the usual amenities at APA. The hotel is literally a few steps away from Tawaramachi Station on the Ginza Line.

This location did not have beds with storage space underneath the beds. I have stayed at another APA Property that was just 1 station away from this one and the rooms had beds with storage space underneath the beds. This would have helped the room feel bigger as there would be a place to hide away my suitcase. Also, room was slightly dusty despite having had a room clean performed the same day, but otherwise was clean.

Pretty soundproof considering how small it is. I'm a light sleeper and I didn't really hear anyone else. It's a small room which is annoying for packing your stuff but otherwise really not an issue. It's quite cozy and the lack of space does help with maintaining a good temperature for the room. Location is also really good - close to the station and walking distance from Asakusa, which had anything you could want. Staff are also really helpful - I realised a week before our stay that I had accidentally booking the smoking room when neither of us are smokers. I sent a message to the staff and they changed it for no additional charge.

Maybe it was because of how cramped it is, with our luggage in the way but I don't feel like the room was vacuumed well. When we arrived, there was dirt on the floor from the previous guest and even though we got housekeeping to clean, the floor still had dirt and hair on it. Additionally, the wifi stopped working on the last couple of days that we were there. We didn't spend much time in our rooms and we had our own SIMs so we didn't talk to the reception about it. Also, the lifts were always full and always seemed to take at least 5 minutes to arrive. No stairs access either. I guess you get what you pay for.

it's close to the metro line and in the shopping area. Convenience stores are nearby as well. The bed is comfortable. The cleaning lady is always visible in our floor (13th) so whatever we may need she's there. There's a pickup service from hotel to airport if you have lots of luggage on departure however book the pickup at least 2 days before your departure date. A cafe / restaurant is just next to the hotel

the laundry and dryer machine are just 1 in each of the public baths. It's 13 floors meaning a lot of guests daily and will definitely need a washing machine available that can accommodate hotel guests. The bathroom amenities are almost perfect however body lotion is not available. The room is too small for a couple. we can only open 1 luggage on the floor.

The location is super convenient, right next to Tawaramachi metro station right next to the nearest exit. Asakusa neighborhood is very nice, its just 15min walking to the oldest temple in Tokyo. There is 7/11 convenience store just opposite the hotel which is great. Rooms is expectedly tiny, but pretty comfortable. Public bath on the 14th floor is nice.

The AC in the room is quite bad, however you adjust the settings when you lay on the bed it still hits directly. Our room was on the 3rd floor, and we saw a cockroach in the hallway 2 nights in a row.

I know some people are a little shocked at the room sizes, but as a solo traveler who only really needs the bare minimum, it was ok to me. Plus, it was probably the most comfortable bed I had slept in the month I was in Japan. The location was great! It is close to metro lines and easy to get to and from Narita airport. The area is much more relaxed than other more touristy cities in Tokyo, but there's still really yummy food and walkable activities. The room was cleaned on the third day, which was great, and clean towels and amenity refills were provided daily. I will definitely look to stay here again on my next trip!

My only gripe is that I hope the hotel cleans their ACs soon. There was so much dust blowing through I had to wear a mask my second night, and at the end of my stay, there was a very obvious layer of dust coating everything from the few minutes I would turn it on when I came back to my room after being outside in the heat all day. Luckily, my last few nights were pretty cool, so I could sleep with just my window open to keep the room from feeling too stuffy.
