Loved that parking was around the hotel. Loved loved loved the 5 star furnishings of my rooms! It was beyond our expectations! We went to the penguin parade so our check-in was outside the expected time. Spoke with the lovely lady over the phone regard this issue & she made every effort to ensure our extremely late check in was as smooth as possible. The security man that let us in was friendly & calming (even though it was 1130pm)! He answered the phone promptly and came to open the doors in a timely manner and was smart looking & very curtious at this late hour. Would definitely recommend this hotel for those that can’t or wish to drive the 2.5hrs back to Melb city after the penguin parade.

l have stayed at the Mercure in Pakenham many times. The staff are excellent and the rooms lovely and quiet and l feel safe when staying,

l forgot my toothbrush and toothpaste and went to reception to see if l could get two disposable ones. staff were extremely helpful and supplied me with two. The cost was $2.00, l didn't mind paying but felt as l have stayed there a few times for customer service if would have been beneficial not to charge me. Went down for breakfast at around 9.15am, there was hardly anything left, staff walking around but not replenishing stock. I had two pancakes and a cup of coffee and left. Nothing much else to eat, except a few slices of toast. Then l had my shower, l have long hair and really need conditioner, the conditioner bottle was empty.

Loved location, clean room, friendly staff

Room was very warm, used the aircon but didn't want to run it all night. I would have loved more coffee but I should have asked for it so my own fault. Only other thing would be some biscuits. I didn't know where I could buy water from but I was very impressed with the security. The walls are thin so you can hear movement next door. The room provided the bare minimum required which probably suits most people but I would have loved extra milk and coffee.

I stayed at Mercure Pakenham for one night from June 14th to June 15th and had a very pleasant experience. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, modern, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, close to local attractions and amenities. Overall, it was a satisfying stay, and I would recommend it to others looking for accommodation in Pakenham.

Bathroom was PERFECT! Especially for me as I recently had knee surgery. The bars in the bathroom to assist with toilet use and the fold down seat in the shower were brilliant. Lighting was more than adequate and the bed was very comfortable and warm. Full length mirror was a life saver for getting ready in the morning. Overall it was a very comfortable stay.

No microwave or food heating abilities in the room made it difficult for us who couldn't afford extra for the dinner services or breakfast services. The fridge didn't keep anything cold either sadly.

The entrance was obvious, plenty of parking. The check-in was easy, and check out times where laid out. Staff were great explained everything when i checked in and made ot so simple to check out. The shower was great, spacious, clean, towels, face cloth, the shampoo, conditioner AND body wash was a lovely surprise. Smelt amazing. The bed was comfy, the sheets and blanket were soft and clean. The room had ac too... was so nice to come back to a nice cool room, was super humid and hot outside, had to be the weekend I was there 🙃 loved the convenience of the motel in Pakenham.

The breakfast was disappointing but I should have read the fine print.

It was in a great location, very clean, comfortable bed, very good shower. All Staff cleaners and administration where excellent. Good size room. Very good and quiet Air Conditioner.

The room was decked out for its design not functionality, the chairs where very hard and very uncomfortable. The fridge was very small, with a glass door, no door storage. Very small and flimsy shelves, making storage in the fridge very limited. Even the chairs in the foyer where very hard and uncomfortable. The bench space where the kettle jug was, was very small and cramped.

The room was a great size and had all the amenities and comforts we could ask for. I have a very bad back and usually have trouble sleeping when away, especially after driving for hours to this location. I found the bed to be so comfortable it was a pleasant surprise

We both sleep with ear plugs, however we could hear what we could only put down to the split system unit, the sound of trickling water

Check in proccess was smooth, parking outside with an easy side entrance is good for luggage. I was on the ground level but there were elevators to upper levels. Good shower pressure, clean linens and comfy bed.

The room service app needs an upgrade. I was staying for work and returning at 7/8pm and the app does not display what the meal looks like, what it contains other the than the title and one item didn't have a price. The wifi was also a little patchy.

Being in Pakenham, I was quite surprised of the quality of the venue and amenities. Staying at this hotel felt like we were staying in a hotel in the city. The room was very clean and just like a hotel room in the city. Really impressive and thankyou for the complementary waters.

When I stay at a hotel, I do like a hot breakfast. I had enquired if this was an option however was advised only continental was available. I am sure the continental breakfast would have tasted lovely, it is just not the option I prefer when staying at a hotel.
