The location and the rooms where spacious and clean also the staff was incredibly nice loved the location and getting to stay close enough to downtown that the drive to aquarium wasn’t bad and didn’t have to stay directly in downtown

I liked everything only small complaint I have is that I didn’t know there would be a 100 dollar deposit on the room and because of that we didn’t get to do one of the attractions we wanted to do on Saturday night the deposit isnt the problem but maybe mention that on the booking sites that if customers pay in cash at the property there will be a deposit

The hotel was located right off I-40, which was great. It allowed quick access to the city or attractions like Lookout Mountain. When inside the room, you could not hear the car traffic and it was quiet overall. The rooms have been updated and are nice. The breakfast area was clean and open, with decent options. The staff was friendly during all interactions. There was a small pool located on the second floor.

The rooms did have sticky floors, but other than that, the rooms were clean.

I kind of had low expectations for this place but it suprised us. We strolled in around 11pm. The front desk staff was supper nice answered any and all question we had. We asked for a room facing the outside and he was able to accommodate that for us. We only stayed one night but was close to booking another night stay.

Breakfast wasn't the best.but everthing else was great. The only reason we marked this as a 9 was due to the breakfast but the location is great and you can find a breakfast spot in minutes.

The property was right off the interstate. We were just about 4 1/2 miles outside of Chattanooga, which was very convenient. We had two rings that were connecting. It was myself my mother, my two sons and a grandson. It was very clean. It was quiet unfortunately we didn’t have time to go to the pool, but that was because we were in town too late. But overall, it was nice and I would stay there again.

They only had cereal and muffins and yogurt for breakfast. They did have coffee.

The room was spacious and very clean. The location is very close to everything we wanted to do. It’s like 10 miles or less away from Ruby Falls and Rock City. Staff was nice and check in was very easy.

The free breakfast is not the best but the coffee was good. This did not bother me though as we didn’t plan on free breakfast anyway.

Everything was very clean from the front desk to the room itself. The room was very comfortable and clean. I was very pleased with the quality and cleanness for the rate that we paid. I was worried about the conditions due to the price but the reviews i read were correct. I will stay there from now on when we go to Chattanoga. Also, the guy at the front desk was very helpful and let us check in early. The maids seemed nice, but none could speak English.

Great location to look out mountain activities and a super Walmart Close by. Clean rooms nice little indoor pool for the kids and friendly staff.

Amazing location right off I24 which was great to hit all the hot spots (ruby falls, lookout mountain, south side) and the bed was very comfortable. I appreciated the daily housekeeping/changing out of towels. Not enough places do that anymore after the pandemic.

Breakfast options were pretty limited and the hours they communicated were not accurate. Lack of DO NOT DISTURB signs was not fun, especially because housekeeping knocked on our door super early every morning which was a rude wake up call.

My husband and I visited Chattanooga for a weekend getaway. Our king sized non-smoking room was so nice. Very clean. Loved the wood floors throughout. Friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was great especially the pancake maker. Quiet at night. We will come back again. Thank you

Nothing everything was great!

The room was spacious and clean. It was also a good location while traveling through and just needing a place to sleep. There was a nice dresser with a microwave and a good sized fridge. We just slept here but would be willing to stay again if we were spending time in Chattanooga.

The only thing that we didn't like was no spare pillows or blankets in the room. We might have been able to ask for them but didn't try since we got in at 12:30 am. Also, our room location was very inconvenient. We stayed in the front of the building but had to park in the back of the building. This meant walking up to the third floor with our stuff and having to walk all around the entire building to our room.
