Great location for family reunion. Restaurants and common areas were ideal for group gatherings. Easy access to downtown and the riverboat cruise dock. Hotel shuttle service ran regularly, providing convenient access to downtown amenities.

Parking lot and valet area were congested. Hotel lobby bar and restaurant closed too early for a Saturday night. Too far to walk to downtown museum and riverfront after dark.

Location and staff were great. Fully stocked bathroom was amazing. Bedding was fantastic, and the tv was of good quality. Sound proofing was great because we didn’t hear the neighbors.

1. Parking fee. 2. It would’ve been nice to get a complementary pot of coffee from your kitchen (upon request), Instead of the only option available in the room for 1 cup per guest.

Connected right to the convention center. Valet was quick and friendly. Great location for restaurants. AC was quiet. Room was pretty nice and quiet the whole stay.

Water in room was only lukewarm/hot, no cold water in room for some reason. Wish there was a microwave in room. Ac wasn't very cold. Bed wasn't super comfy.

We love staying downtown when we travel to Chattanooga for the cheerleading competition. The restaurant, market, and convenience make for a fun, easy weekend getaway.

The restaurant was understaffed but that's everywhere right now. Also, queen beds would have made the stay for our family of 4 much more comfortable.

Valet team is excellent. Front desk friendly and efficient.

The room cleaning service was not very good. Did not clean the toilet for three days, the bed was made but sort of sloppy. Room service was pretty good but your menu is very limited and not that great.

Location.

The bathroom door is an opaque window basically so if you have children that like the door cracked to sleep this is like having the door wide open. Made for a rough night when I like it dark to sleep but they need a little light.

I love the parking situation.. I loved the pool and the elevator and the bar with live music.. I absolutely love the little car in the entrance way.. I loved the breakfast and the view..

The pool walk way was so hot it burned my feet. My bathroom door broke.

The hotel and staff is very nice and accommodating. I am a bit of a princess and like to have a lot of towels, some hotels give me a headache about this, but not this one!! Every single request I had was completed with a smile. The room and amenities are very clean and comfortable. Even the valet guys are really pleasant and friendly. I cannot say enough nice things about this hotel. The walk is a bit farther than some other hotels, but I feel like it’s worth it, considering how nice this place is.

Our TV and a couple lamps weren’t working upon arrival. I called the front desk and within 10 mins, two techs were there. Turns out the guest prior to us changed the wiring around to accommodate some games, so they were easy fixes. This isn’t really something that upset me, but was the only thing that didn’t work right.

Excellent customer service from all the staff we interacted with. Conveniently located next to the convention center where we were attending an event. Easy access to the interstate, restaurants, and the aquarium. Room was nice & clean.

Staff was stellar. Room was very nice, good size.

Beds were not comfortable at all! AC was messing up and had to have maintenance come up twice. They did get it working, though and rest of the night was perfect
