it was nice when you look at it from the outside and interior

our room appeared clean but there was mold in the shower all around and dust on the ac unit like they didn’t even clean it and the ottom for the chair the bottom was missing foot and literally had a 2 screws sticking out my son easily could of hurt himself

Location of room was convenient to the lobby. Restaurant dinner was great. Had a hard time finding hotel using Google maps. Nice to have Panera within walking distance.

Although room service was advertised there was none available. I selected this hotel because of that service, recommend that websites remove the incorrect info.

We like this location and the shuttle service. We had an early flight at 5am. The shuttle was there and ready when we made it downstairs at 3am. We flew to Disney for the week, and I loved that the hotel allowed free parking for a week with your stay. When we arrived back, the hotel sent the shuttle to pick us up. The wait time was about 15-20 minutes for the shuttle to arrive to pick us up from the airport. The front desk clerk was very nice and helpful.

We only stayed to be shuttled to the airport. No complaints as we were literally there to sleep a few hours before the flight.

Paid for breakfast however due to departure time the kitchen wasnt open before our departure.

I contacted the hotel 3 times to get more details about the airport pick up they provided. No reply. When we arrived after a 15 hr flight we were none the wiser. I finally got onto hotel with details of where and when to pick up. ( was on hold and dropped out 3 times.) We got to hotel 1.5 hrs after arrival.

I liked the service, the staff, the location. Very good utility for price. I liked that the property was somewhat distant from the airport and the transportation nearer to the airport

I got stranded at DFW after a flight from Europe. I picked this hotel as a place to stay over night rather than waiting for long, long time that American would have taken to get me a room. Check-in was efficient. The room and sleep were just what I needed.

I thought the breakfast service was indifferent, and I was unable to figure out whether breakfast was included in my stay.

The reception staff made me want to come back and stay here again, ask for anything and they go above and beyond. I wish I had grabbed their name because I wanted to include it here!

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The free shuttle to and from the airport is very convenient. The bed was comfy and the room was spacious, and the shower was nice. There's a pool on the ground and honestly lots of nice leisure areas around the hotel. I was just looking for a place to crash during a long layover so was expecting a hotel far more bland then this, but this was honestly nice and very convenient.
