Room small, not private balcony, it’s advertised as having a kitchenette but only a sink and kettle

worth the money, we occupied the 3rd flr family room for 5pax with 1 queen bed, 1 bunk bed and 1 sofa bed. the room is just enough for 5 with good view of palompon town. it is also very near walking distance to the van terminal, the tourism ofc, market, establishments and restau. the location is superb

better if the room is clean, the bathroom stinks. there are cob webs in some areas of the room

They did not advise us in advance that our room is not available because, as they said, the a/c was not working. We were so exhausted because of the long ride and its raining and we don't have a room to stay! We were transferred first to a creepy house 😡. No phone signal, no wifi and the location is a bit far from the center. Fortunately, the second hotel was much better.

De appartement was ok, but very different from the information in booking.com

De information in booking said there were 5 bunkbeds. Thare were only 2. The information talked about a bedroom and a living room. There was only one room. There were no toiletries, no 2th toilet. Many other things gave a wrong impression.

The aircon wasn’t working properly, it was no cook stove after it was advertised it was a kitchen set up for all that. We also couldn’t lock our door. We ended up moving to a new location.

The guardians are nice, the location is rather central, the view from the balcony is not good

Run away. I have been proposed a room with a double bed at first, the smell was discutable but corrected with a flower spray. But we couldn't keep this room because the sliding door didn't close. The staircase is narrow and not easy if you have an heavy suitcase We went to another floor, and it was really bad : no water in the washbasin's toilets. And the bathroom door only held by one point to the wall, and only waiting to fall on the head of someone. Of course no toiletries except towels and toilet paper. Also cooking in these apartments as advertised is a real joke. There was nothing in the kitchen, except a few plates, glasses, and not even enough forks and spoons for the number that we was. As I enquired, I was provided a rice cooker to be used inside, and a single induction stove to be used outside, with only one pan. You couldn't boil eggs there. I could not even use the fridge because it cas deeply smelling bad when I opened the door. I didn't try to investigate the cause but I would stay moisture. When I don't know a place, I only book for a night for possibly extending. This place was full of good comments, don't n believe a single of them. The price is much too high for what I got. To finish with all this, this second apartment could be closed from the outside, but not from the inside.
