This was our third year in Hotel Toplice, and we absolutely love this place. Very high cleaning standards, nice and professional staff, great food, spacious hotel with big rooms and nice restaurant. Convenient rubber bracelets for your wrist that can be used to open your room door or purchase (on room charge) snacks, drinks, and food in the restaurants located by the pools. Free parking. Lovely surroundings with amusement park, cafe/cake shop, grocery, and local souvenir shops.

Honestly, I can't think of anything that I didn't like about this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with our family. The pools are beautifully maintained, offering plenty of fun and enjoyment for children. Breakfast and dinner were delicious, with a great variety that had something for everyone. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. Although the building is older, it’s very clean, comfortable, and cozy. The internet connection was strong and reliable. Both the interior and exterior of the hotel provide many options for different activities and entertainment. I highly recommend this hotel for families.

Food was excellent, the pools were fine as well, large enough, water a bit cold. The furniture is quite old, but the rooms were clean. All in all it was a relaxing period and I do not regret the money spent there, (the inconvenient of weakness of wlan for movies in the evening, I solved due to my skills...tip: use smartphone as wlan repeater in bathroom for streaming sticks (e.g. amazon fire, apple...) connected to the tv...)

The wlan in the room has very weak signal, but this is not a surprise to so called cisco routers...it might be that shielding of the walls makes the wlan signal to be very weak.

We stayed in hotel Toplice, but access to swimming pools in hotels Čatež and Terme was not allowed. Only access to swimming pools in hotel Toplice is allowed, But if you stay in hotel Terme, you can access swimming pools in all three hotels. I recommend to stay in hotel Terme, which is same standard as hotel Toplice, and you have access to swimming pools in all three hotels in Čateške toplice.

A nice water world with a large selection of entertainment for children. The food in the restaurant is exceptional and delicious!

Everything is quite old and ripe for renovation. The towels you rent are worn out and extremely small. The beds are extremely soft and you completely fall into them. The bedclothes each time had some residual stains, although it can be seen that they have been washed.

A great hotel and a a great thermal center, you have 3-4 indoor pools which are enormous and which are working even in winter, and then you have a huge outdoor aquapark (working only in summer) the rooms are really big, clean and comfortable, breakfast and dinner are great. We had a great time at the hotel and I definitely recommend. Another positive thing to add: all guests get access to the pools and aquapark, even if you stay 1 night you get 2 days access to everything, you just need to check-out of your room up to 11am and then you can use the pools the whole day.

Well the only thing I could add here is that it is a little bit expensive, and the restaurant was not properly cooled down by air conditioners, it was hot and we were sweating while we were having dinner. Everything else was perfect.

Dinner was very good Location for whom want to go to the waterpark us excellent. We stayed at the waterpark after checkout for the entire day. Rooms are clean. Small balcony was nice and ww could dry our swimming suites. Parking is comfortable

Rooms are relatively small No liquid soap, conditioner etc. were available Breakfast was not good- Breads and pastries were not fresh No drinks are served in dinner (HB) so we asked for tap water and were refused, so we had to purchase a (very) expensive bottle of water.

Brilliant room and view. Food good, summer pools great. Good shop and facilities on site.

Drinks expensive at dinner and staff would only give very small amounts of tap water, no option to help yourself. Inside pool had a lot of closed areas during our stay, almost a third of it which wad disappointing.

The food was incredibly well done very good Hausmannskost!

Room where in heavily used condition, shelf in bath hanging down, power plugs partly not worked, just it's best days in the past. Basically all fine for me.

I really recommend this hotel. Very nice hotel, swimming pools, comfortable rooms, good food and the best staff at the reception. Due to my early departure they offered me a lunch box and personally arranged that I was woken up early enough. Big thank you.
