Wonderful breakfast, excellent staff/team, spic and span cleanliness, mountain air and nature, large apartment, safe and free parking. Helpful if you have extra requests and simply a great place to visit.

Some worn and torn signs on furniture. A bit far from the city but beautiful location. Beds should be a bit higher up and that could be solved with an extra mattress also to improve comfort. Heating was a bit too much and not easy to regulate but better warm than cold. Solved by keeping windows open and fresh air outside.

Really nice and helpful hotel stuff, great location for our activities (biking). Apartment was nice and very clean, basic equipment, but it was everything ok for a weekend stay. Enough free parking space. Great stay for such value!

Wifi in the rooms would be nice and maybe some bowls and normal glasses in the kitchen (not just wine glasses and coffe cups). And some broom would be also nice. But these are only suggestion. 😀I would recommended it anyway.

Scenic location at the top of the mountain. Nearby hikes and view points and are walkable (but strictly not with the stroller). Huge parking space and a very comfy and cozy restaurant where you can opt to sit outside as well (if weather is ok). Good breakfast and the restaurant also serves local dishes. Though we only stayed for 1 night as a stopover but it was the perfect start of our vacation right in the middle of nature.

The hallway is a bit dark and need more light. The Wifi should be extended to the rooms as well though the reception did provided me with an additional router to just plug it in the room. As internet these days are necessity so it would be much more appreciated if it is extended to the floor/room etc.

Large apartment, large rooms, clean, nice view, friendly staff, food is great, a lot of wood trails around and just 5 min walking from ski trail.

Old furniture, inability to regulate temperature in entire apartment. Electric outlets everywhere and easily reached by toddlers.

It was warm and cozy place where to stay, The waitress guy was very welcoming and friendly We are vegetarians so he cooked vegetarian breakfast for us Thank you for that !:)

My card payment didn't go thru because receptionist lady kept tapping my card and it kept declining I said here I have to insert it that's why it's keep declining but she kept saying no that's not a problem, Give me another card. So I had to use my credit card for that. Atleast give me to try but kept declining , Not so nice I would say so. :)

Its a really nice Hotel where you get a nice Appartment in the middle of the firest on a Hill 25 to 30min from Zagreb by car. Also possibilities to take a Bus. The stuff is really nice amd helpful. The breakfast is good and the restaurant even better with really good proces for the portions you get. So I can only recommend to stay here.

Hmmm difficult to say, could go and look for the small things like a light in the living room didnt work. But it wasnt so bad. And in the shower they only had a bathtube without a protection so for big people it can be very wet after a shower in the bathroom... but all in all it is definetively No critics. I really loved to stay there.

Stayed here several times, and liked it Every Time. The location is very nice, the apartment was Spacious and Comfortable. Staff is friendly, and Breakfast it Excellent (and Good Coffee!)

heating was on which made the aptmnt a bit hot a first. Swiched off heating, opened window. Had a Very Good Stay! There is no real dislike to this place: I can recommend these apartments very much.

Excellent location and very nice and friendly staff. Beds are fine, the sofa bed in the living room a bit hard, but still a good place to sleep. It is very likely that we will come again!

Not a big problem, but a kettle in the kitchen would have been nice

the staff is perfect! they helped us carry 5 big suitcases into the apartment when we arrived in the evening, they showed us everything, made me feel immediately at home and gave us recommendations on where to go and how to get to the park. at the ski resort. Super jakouzi and sauna, inexpensive and very generous restaurant, deserved a 20/10

Good position in nature just outside Zagreb. Good solution to relax and have fresh air while temperatures were hot

I thought it was more close and quicker to reach from Zagreb but then, it wasn't a real problem and we really appreciate the silence and nature around
