Comfy rooms, great staff. A hostel with private rooms is my favourite kind of stay option anyway. it's chill and easy. Ample smoking area. LOVED the bar with lots of fresh draught beer available with easy access from the hostel. Great location. <3

I feel like tea & coffee should be available on a complimentary basis, and laundry could have been slightly cheaper.

It is very new and clean. The location and kitchen facilities are also great.

There is no fan in the dorm room so it was constantly stuffy without any air flow. While the window does open it faces the street and is too cold to keep open overnight. They also don’t even rent towels? You must buy it which doesn’t make sense for a traveller who is packing light.

Absolutely amazing hostel. Very smart and tidy, with great facilities throughout for backpackers. Although we weren't actually backpacking, it felt like a great environment to be in and around. Staff were fantastic and very helpful, and our private room was excellent. Genuinely astonished that it cost us so little - literally half the price of hotels that we had seen in the area that would have been worse, I reckon.

I'm nitpicking here - but a couple of things to pick up on. Coffee machine was a little 'meh' on the taste. Would be great to have another couple of pillows if possible - but I accept that we didn't ask! We paid for towels at check-in, but found that we had already been supplied them when we got to our room. Never mind - was not significant.

I have stayed in over 50 hostels in my life, and I can say that this hostel has by far the most beautiful and well-thought-out bathroom. The cleanliness in the bathroom is exceptionally high. Items can be left for free before arrival/after departure. Everyone at the reception was nice, but the girl who worked on Saturday afternoon was particularly kind; all praise for her.

In room 202 where I stayed, under bed number 1 where I slept, when pulling out the wardrobe lockers, one doesn't slide smoothly but gets stuck and squeaks. When the girl who was sleeping above me tried to pull out her locker in the morning, it felt like someone had turned on a saw under me. I am still giving a rating of 10 because the hostel is excellent, but please fix this, as if someone stays longer, it can really be uncomfortable if someone underneath you keeps squeaking when trying to get their things.

Cleanliness’friendly and helpfull stuffs’good location. to accessibility to tram you need to walk just about 100 meter.Take tram 22 and you will see almost all over the prague. Three station far from Florence station and 10 minutes walk to main railway station. If i go back to Prague again’i will book this hostel for sure.thank you Guys👍

comfortable beds, big open rooms, clean absolutely everywhere.big comfortable pillows, easy access to public transportation and sights. decent water pressure in showers and plenty of showers and toilets in bathroom as well as lefty of space to put your things while in the shower and get ready.

the door to our room had to be shut quite hard I order for it to shut if others didn’t shut it properly came back to door open or in the middle of night they would wake you up coming in

the beds were comfy there was large storage space for your luggage the toilets and showers were nice and clean

the bunk beds were too close together and quite wobbly so if anyone moved in the beds they would knock together (annoying when trying to sleep) the signage for the male and female bathrooms was not good enough as there were men in the female bathrooms

Everything was perfect! Modern, clean, spacious, kind staff. I will go back there next time in Prague. No doubt.

Some hangers in the room and bathroom will be appreciated.

Luma Hostel was an amazing surprise! I cannot recommend it enough, everythings is IMPECABLE, spacious, clean, the bathrooms are amazing with natural light coming, always soap. And I found the 6 people dorm I was (306) to be spacious, and the bed really comfortable as the curtain is thick you are not disturbed by light and the pillow is honsetly hard to leave. I am not exagerrating when I say the place is perfect. Big common area, super nice kitchen with little outside area and again light everywhere. Looks like a hotel but I paid a hostel price. I’ll add that the location is perfect, transport at the door and walkable distance to many places, but that if the windows are open (in summer) the city can be pretty noisy for light sleepers, from the traffic outside early in the morning. Personal story but you cannot imagine the big downgrade I felt when I left for another hostel close by that I had unfortunately already booked for the additional days I was staying in Prague 🥲
