The loft apartment was amazing. Great value for money and very spacious. The location was excellent. It was on 2mins from the main square, pubs, shops and eating are abundant.

For a self catering apartment. There was no cooking utensils, pots and pans, microwave or even a toaster. Not even a tea towel for drying any dishes. The shower was in the bath, which was a deep bath. This left it being a large step to get in it. There was also no shower screen.

Central Place. Nice Staff! I got a very big room for a very fair price! Great and spacious bathroom. Comfy bed. TV set. Tasteful and traditional design. The hotel building itself is stunning! A nice looking pub and at least once good breakfast option just near by.

Nothing! (Well, maybe some more kitchen facilities. No pots or pans in the kitchen. And the hotel didn't have a breakfast option...So...)

Big airy apartment in a beautiful old building. The loft has so much space with an outdoor patio and kitchen, well worth the small upgrade! I liked the master bed, king size with comfy mattress and pillows. Effective AC units. Bathroom and shower was great, as were the housekeeping staff who tidied up each day and left us lots of towels. Excellent location for walking around Prague, and the staff were lovely.

The secondary bed in the loft was not appropriate for my 6ft friend. Its a bit of an afterthought, short and narrow and it got hot up there, and he was awoken daily by pigeons. 🐦‍⬛🖕🏼 It'd be fine for a kid but be aware if you're not planning to share the master bed.

Room and staff were all very good. lots of beds and space, odd but cute little courtyard and the location was excellent for both the nearby main train station - close but no noise and getting into town. We were just outside the main area so normally took about 20 mins walk to get into the centre / main clock. Lots of amenities nearby and grocery shop less than a minute away.

I got the apartment with a kitchen so we could do ourselves breakfast in the morning and maybe the odd lunch. Whilst the apartment hot a fridge freezer and a cooking hob there was ZERO things to cook with or use. No pots, pans, cooking utensils or anything of use. A few spoons, forks and a couple of plates. I don't really understand why they have a kitchen and quite disappointed. I certainly would have looked for a different place to stay if I had known this.

The room we was allocated was massive and felt like a private apartment rather than a hotel room. The hotel was conveniently located five minutes from the National Museum. The reception staff were helpful and professional.

We only asked the housekeeping staff to come in one day in our four day stay. The cleaner was put out that it was late in the day and barely straightened the room let alone cleaned it. A shame because everything else about the hotel was perfect.

Location was fantastic, only a couple of minutes walk to Wenceslas square. The staff were really friendly and helpful, having a luggage storage room was a huge bonus as well. The room was a very generous size and had lots of storage space. While we were there no problems at all with the heating and it was lovely and warm. There isn't an onside bar but the Deminka restaurant next door is also excellent so ended most evenings in there and for breakfast there are plenty of little cafes nearby - there is a particularly good one a few roads down on a side road

The mattresses were a little hard but ok, our room had a hand held shower over a bath which was fine for us but anyone without good mobility would struggle, not a major issue but would perhaps be good to be able to specify the type of bathroom on booking

We really liked the location of the hotel; it is in the city center, you can walk to all the attractions. In addition, there are a lot of shops, restaurants and interesting things in the surrounding area. the room is huge, large Loft 100 m²the hotel is located in a very impressive historical building.the hotel is located in a very impressive historical building.2 minutes walk to Wenceslas Square and the metro.on the ground floor of the hotel there is a wonderful stylish historical restaurant.high-quality cleaning every day, towels and bed linen changed.Prague in the spring is just a stunning city, we recommend everyone to stay in Prague and the hotel and this hotel.

in the kitchen I would recommend adding a saucepan and other kitchen utensils.Apart from that everything was just perfect including tea and coffee

The location wasn’t bad. Only a short walk to a small Christmas market and a lot of shops. Also the museum is close. I loved that they supplied slippers for each guest! This was my favorite thing. They also left some sparkling wine and Pantone, also a sweet gesture of the holidays! The staff was very helpful with organizing airport shuttles and helping us contact the airline with an issue with our flight.

The building was a little dated. Everything was comfortable and clean but it just had an old feel to it.

The space was very spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The front desk staff was very kind and helpful. The location of the hotel was great! It was a good walking distance to Wenceslas Square. My family and I greatly appreciated the gifts of wine and chocolate provided for us in our room. The hotel building was very pretty and the Deminka restaurant was tasty!!

The grout of the bathtub area was a very dirty/moldy looking, the rest of the apartment was clean! The bathtub wall grout needed a deep cleaning with bleach.

I absolutely loved staying at Deminka Palace. It was very close to the centre - just a few minutes walk, and our room was spacious, very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were amazing - Roy in particular was incredibly welcoming and helpful. I would 100% stay here again for my next visit to Prague.

The only tiny thing was that there were no pots or pans in the kitchenette so we couldn't use the stove top in there. But that was a small thing and it was otherwise brilliant.
