Small room with everything you need, which functions faultless. Very close to the train station, the city center can be reached by foot. Very quiet at the same time, the sound isolation is excellent.

A little amount of water drips from the shower on the bathroom floor.

Hotel staff is super! Especially the boy at the front desk – I witnessed a previous guest being impolite, but he still treated them with courtesy! His patience is truly admirable! Moreover, he was understanding and helpful when I was sick. I'm really grateful to him (thank you for helping me)! The hotel breakfast is genuinely good! In terms of facilities, the hotel room isn't very large, but the two of us found it sufficient.

The smell in the room is too strong, I wonder if the air is fresh? The smell is not pleasant, I hope the hotel can change it. This is the only problem that I found.

the room was renovated, not the bathroom tough. the bed is comfortable, very friendly staff, couldn't be closer to the main station, very easy access, it is silent at night even though it is located on a busy area.

that we couldn't check in earlier but we could store the luggage in the luggage room which was okay at the end we would have liked a kettle and some tea cups to make some tea / coffee

Great location, close to the main squares. Excellent breakfast, so many things to choose from. Clean & quiet room. I liked that there were "cleaning options" like "do not come in, there's a dog in the room". If I travelled with a pet, I would like to know that. The staff was very helpful and polite.

The room was basic and looked old, however it was clean and very quiet!

Everything was great from the first step we took inside the hotel. Although it was raining outside, the reception was super clean, and the staff was extremely friendly (bear in mind it was midnight) and helpful. The process for checkin was quick and easy. Breakfast tasty, fresh food and quite diverse. Room and bathroom cleanliness 10/10.

For a such long time didn’t met so cool & friendly guys at the reception 🛎️ Even invoicing for them was so so easy considering the fact that generally in DE every second hotel is making complicated.. Location is perfect, who is travelling by public transport.

Economy rooms could be renovated too. Everything was clean, so no any claim for this. :)

Breakfast fine though only one price option. Is a functional hotel with no personality but right beside the train station (no noise) and very close to the city centre.

Our room was made up for one, which we didn’t realise till we’d unpacked after a very long day. They shifted us to a room made up for two but no kettle and tea coffee tray, so we went ourselves to the first room and took that tray to our second room. Not ideal. The desk in the room was dusty - I put a black cloth bag on it and in the morning saw the underneath of the bag was all dusty. However we’d still recommend it, everything else clean, modern, worked. And location excellent.

They were able to accommodate us very last minute after another hotel doubled booked us, and for a great price, so we were incredibly grateful. Staff were lovely, breakfast had everything you could want, and the room was clean. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and go back there if we are of passage in Augsburg again. Thank you!!

The pillows were a bit flat, so it would have been nice to have 1 extra in the room, but everything else was great.

Cosy Room, nice design, staff are very helpful and attentive and the location right next to the train station is a plus. The room was quiet and we got a good nights' sleep before continuing our train journey early the next morning. Excellent value for money!

we liked everything but coffee/tee amenities in the room would be a plus. A small kettle and cups were provided immediately upon request.
