Self check in works well. Very new establishment and probably premier motel in the region, certainly in Boorowa. Very quiet central location. Great bed and fittings. Could do with a sofa. as there is plenty of room and only one casual chair. An extra towel rail would be handy for the second towel.

A bit difficult to locate with only a small sign on the driveway. It is located behind a hotel so not visible from the road. A larger sign outside would make it easier to find. Parking is a bit strange and the car may need to be parked around the corner from your room, not so good for loading up when it is raining. Needs a vertical draft stopping strip along the handle side of door where freezing cold air comes in.

Excellent very clean facilities, wonderful location. Close to everything on main street yet extremely quiet. A most comfortable bed, beautiful wool blanket. Enjoyed reading the history of the area and the link to the Motels name's sake. The picture decor that included reference to this early local and the wool industry was both interesting and appreciated. A delightful stay would highly recommend.

Fan in bathroom does struggle so did the bathroom as a result, possibly because such a large-scale room?

The close proximity to the town centre. The cleanliness of the room. The size of the bathroom was great. The shower was great after a day of travel in the heat of summer. The air conditioning was quiet and very effective on a hot day. The mini fridge was big enough to place a few items of food and drink. Parking was easy, just park opposite to your room number with no worries. I short walk to the pub where we came across a couple of wonderful locals eager to chat. The bed was large and very comfortable. Check-in was easy with a message sent via my phone with details of the entry via a key pad. The TV was large and placed appropriately on the wall. There was a lounge and a table with chairs to sit on and have a meal.

Everything. The motel is obviously newly built Entry to rooms are via keypad code.. The room was huge as was the bathroom. Decor is modern. Clean and a very comfortable bed. Apparently the pillows and quilt are filled with local wool. Also provided are tea, coffee, milk and bottled water. Bathroom has branded shampoo, conditioner, bodywash and hand soap all which were beautiful products (not sure if locally made)

Housekeeping opened my door in the morning, before checkout, without knocking. I stayed at Ned's because I had a very late night astro photo shoot. I left at the time I needed to. DO NOT enter a room until after check out time, and especially without knocking. The hotel was not booked out. Surely there wasn't such urgency to turn around the room.

We have stayed here many times before so the room was as expected, clean and comfortable as usual. There was free bottled water provided, which was great as there is a problem with the town water.

We don't like skylights in the room as we get woken up too early by the light coming in, but that is just a personal dislike. It does not take anything away from the motel rooms and has not stopped us returning.

Immaculately presented units. Electronic access worked perfectly and all the important aspects of cleanliness, comfort and convenience were of a consistently high standard. A fine example of how to present a hospitable environment for guests. Close to all cafes and pubs. Boorowa seemed to be thriving better than most country towns. Well worth the support of the travelling public.

Loved this property - great location in the main street, next door to a lovely pup and walking distance to a cafe. The rooms were spotless, newly renovated with everything you need. I particularly liked the booklet with historical information on Ned Ryan's life as well as the local guide.

I would have like another mirror in the room (full length) as the mirror in the bathroom was low and had to mend down to do my makeup etc.

Didn't see or need any staff so couldn't comment on them but liked the coded check in especially as we were arriving late. The motel is obviously very new. The room was spotlessly clean. Bathroom was beautiful. Bed was very comfortable and bedding, linen towels all of good quality. It was just a transit stop, arriving late and leaving early so couldn't comment on things like location/the town, facilitiies.

Somewhere to put your suitcase apart from the floor. The narrow cane bench/stool at the end of the bed isn't practical. Some "normal" size cups/mugs would be good. The ones there are very nice but way too big.

QUIET! I heard no traffic noise at all as it is tucked behind other buildings. EXCELLENT LIGHTING. I could read! I find most motel rooms poorly lit, way too dark to read comfortably. New and very slick. Great shower. Walking distance to cafes for breakfast and 2 pubs and a Chinese restaurant.All within a block Also, it’s a great town in a stunning area.

our room had 2 queen beds with no chairs or tables - a bit strange when there is a kitchenette with crockery and cutlery provided. , but nowhere to eat comfortably! we bought in the outdoor chairs and little table so we could sit and have a drink and snack and watch the news before going out for dinner.
