I liked the cleanliness of the room, the location, the view was amazing. Our room had a huge terrace, it felt like a bonus..

The hotel doesn't have access for people with disabilities. I went with my baby and I had to take the stairs with the stroller, and are plenty of stairs. Same issue in the hotel, from the reception to the elevator more stairs. Breakfast was not amazing, very small selection.

The room looks exactly as in pictures on booking. The sauna and the small pool were very relaxing in the evenings. The breakfast was tasty and contained new meals every day. Easy parking: there are reserved spots in front of the hotel, or you can park in the backyard if the front parking is full. Location: 10 minutes walk to the AFI Brașov mall. 20 minutes - the old center. 30 minutes - the Black Church. We always left the car at the hotel and walked in the city. Big and comfortable bed. TV with netflix and screen sharing from the phone.

Really a great place, close to the train station, what i wanted. Nice people everywhere. And again a special thank you to the Lady who was clearing the room and ran until my son when we where outside just before we left to give him his left airpod he forgot in his bed. Really incredible, thank you so very much to her for such kindness !!!

The breakfast is not great for my opinion, also to compare to the 3 other hotels we had in Romania, but it was in Bucarest, so may be its good for the country, but for my opinion it was not great, also not a lot of choice, poor food choice. But in the other way the dinner was really good at the restaurant of the hotel. Unfortunately, the breakfast was disappointing...

The location is great for the train station, 10 minute walk. The bed and pillows were exceptional, I had a really good sleep. The rooms were elegant, loved the floor to ceiling windows. The staff friendly and helpful, they recommended a nice restaurant nearby for a late lunch. Breakfast was good. Also enjoyed the sauna to relax after all the travelling.

At the entrance there’s a steep flight of stairs, can be difficult to climb with luggage.

From the moment I arrived at Victoria Bulevard Hotel, I was impressed by its modern design and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. My room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast buffet was fantastic! It offered a wide variety of delicious options and was replenished frequently. I also enjoyed a delicious dinner in the hotel restaurant - the food was fresh and beautifully presented. The hotel's location is convenient, within walking distance of the train station and not far from the lively city center. I definitely felt like I got great value for the price. Overall, I highly recommend Victoria Bulevard Hotel for anyone visiting Brasov. Whether you're traveling for business or pleasure, you'll find everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Our room was very spacious (we had also a small living area with 2 sofas), very clean, bathroom was large and clean as well. The room was very quiet, we didn't hear anything from outside or from other rooms, which is a very big plus from my part. Bed was big and comfortable too. I usually don't manage to get some sleep whenever I travel, especially the first night, but here I slept as a baby. Location is in a very quiet area, 3-4 km from the old town. We had a car, so it was not an issue. Free parking a great bonus as well. Breakfast was very good as well, quite varied for all tastes, even vegetarian/vegan. Good coffee. Very, very friendly staff, we felt really welcomed. Thank you for our great stay!

Everything was great for us.

Lovely room - super comfy bed with spacious bathroom. Excellent standard of cleanliness, super helpful staff who you couldn’t fault. Breakfast had a good choice for the buffet and tried to cater for all tastes. Nice and close to the station - good transport links. Not expensive to get a taxi to the centre.

A drain had been broken outside the property that caused a smell of drains in the bathroom so had to keep the door closed - staff super apologetic about it but beyond their control.

The hotel is located within 10 mins of walking distance from Brasov's main train station. So for us, it was perfect. However, please note the hotel is not near the center and we usually ended up taking Bolt/Uber when we had to visit the Old Town (took us about 10-11 RON). The room we booked was HUGE. It also had a lovely balcony and was equipped with all the necessary facilities that you would expect in a hotel room (wardrobe, charging points, fridge, etc.). The staff were super friendly and they even helped us store our luggage for few extra hours after the checkout without any additional cost. The hotel also has a SPA option but we didn't take it during our stay.

The breakfast is alright- nothing fancy but its above average. As mentioned above, the location of the hotel is near to the station but about 2.5km from the center (old town). Also, the TV in the room wasn't smart so it was not possible to use Netflix, YouTube, etc.

The breakfast had many options! I wish there would've been some vegan alternatives, but still it was nice. The room was super spacious, very clean and well illuminated. I really enjoyed my stayed here. The staff were always really polite and helpful. It was also very close to the train station, so that was a very big selling point for me. Thank you for the stay.

Again, wish there would've been vegan alternatives for breakfast, like —for example— a plant-based milk to top a cup of coffee with.

The hotel is located close to the train station, which is very convenient and not too far from the city center, which is also good. The room was large and very well-maintained. The bathroom was nice and immaculate. The hotel also has a restaurant, and breakfast had just the right amount of variety of food to make it interesting. But the best parts of this hotel was the staff which was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

There is one major flaw in this hotel that must be mentioned: it is the access to the reception area. There are about 10 to 12 steps from the street to the reception with very little to hold on to, which makes it impossible for elderly people, handicapped people, or just people with big luggage like me to manage. I was extremely lucky that the receptionist Claudiu saw me hovering around with my suitcase and came to ask me if I needed help, which I did. Another kind receptionist helped me carry my luggage down the steps upon check out. In all honesty, I would not have been able to do it on my own. I hope the management finds a solution to this flaw , because, as far as I am concerned, it is the only problem with this lovely hotel.
