Good location, close to the mall, in a quiet area. The most of the rooms are large, still there is a room on the grounfloor which is very small and it does not worth the price. Service ladies are very kind and helpful.

The hotel does not have a non stop reception which means that if you check in later that 8 or 9 PM, you will have to call for access. If you arrive later than 11 pm, you will probably wake up or disturb someone and this is may be an issue. The hotel is quite far from the city center, 20 mins walk. No terrace available, no balcony. Breakfast is not included in the price. The price is quite high for what the hotel offers.

Everything was just right: - very spacious room - spacious bathroom - very, very clean - the breakfast was modest, but it was always freshly prepared, and the cooks always took care of our breakfast preferences - the staff were always very welcoming and helpful - a 20-30-minute walk to the historical center, a 5-10 minute walk to a large mall

This was not a concern for us, but the hotel isn't accessible to people with mobility issues: you have to walk up and down stairs.

Close to a large shopping mall, clean, well designed and comfortable room, it's a professionally run boutique hotel.

The place is not manned after 8pm , so if you need to check in late you need to contact the property in advance for instructions. The small street outside the hotel is kinda busy with cars and there is beeping sound from nearby buildings. it may cause issue if you are a light sleeper. try to ask for a room not facing the street.

The room was very clean. This was important for me as I travelled with a 2 yo child. The staff was great: always there if you needed but also very quiet, letting room for privacy (which I personally prefer when going on vacation). The breakfast was tasty and was brought really fast to the table. The quiet hours were indeed honoured and I found it very relaxing at night (this was a key point since we travelled 6 h by car for this trip). Everything was great and like advertised. Really appreciate that the property was just like on the photos they posted on this platform and the overall experience like reviewed by others. The price is really good comparing to other properties wich are offering similar facilities.

We were greeted by a very nice receptionist, he was welcoming and helpful. The room and bathroom were very clean, cozy and we had everything we needed. The coffee machine was easy to use (we also had instructions for it in the drawer) and the coffee was good.

The only downside would be that the rooms are not soundproof. We could almost understand our "neighbors" when they were talking. And even heard one guy who went to the bathroom in the middle of the night whistling :) This was not a problem for us, we were able to rest, but could be an issue for someone who really wants a quiet place.

It’s not too fancy but clean and comfortable. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. Great location. Not too central but close to everything. Only 20 minutes walk from the old city.

The only downside is that they don’t have an elevator so if you get the top floor it means caring your luggage all the way up by hand and tackle the stairs :)

I liked the location, and the fact that it had private parking! The staff were very nice and the rooms has smart TVs! The decor is beautiful! Showers are really spacious! Coffee machine was a great addition!

The wifi kept disconnecting, the beds weren’t so comfortable, for my liking at least, and the floor was super noisy you could hear every step, wooden floor under the carpet was squeaking when walking.

The room was spacious and elegant. The utilities were good quality and working very well. The hotel itself was impecably clean and the staff friendly and professional. The room view was beautiful, you could see the mountains. The breakfast was great and delicious everyday

The bed matress could be a bit more firm. I fel I was sinking in it. As an idea: maybe change to 2 matresses of 80/200 instead of one big one. Keep the queen bed, but then it is easy to configure based on the customers preference. If they want it more firm or more soft. And it is also easy to turn on the other side. Also the pillow could be a bit more firm or at least have a service to ask the customer about their sleeping preferences, because in the end, it is one of the most important aspects and could end up ruining a vacation, even if everything else is perfect.

Everything was perfect. Late check-in worked without any issues. Staff was availble on phone and helped us. We asked to provide us the same room as we had 2 years ago and this request was fulfilled. Really like this silent place in 15-20 min walking from city centre. Breakfast was tasty !

We had 2 days only ,wish to stay there for a longer time!

Fantastic hotel. Beatyfull standard. Good beds. Everything 100%. One of the best hotels we stayed for ever. And free garded parking. Great service in a city where parking is hopeless. Staff extremely helpfull.

The hotel is a bit far from the city center. 30 minutes walking. All the busses leave for the city frrom the bus stop near the hotel.
