The couch and curtains in room 410 smell bad. They gave me allergies. They must be cleaned more often or at least spray some lysol on them.

Staff and location were great. The laundry facilities and pool were clean and nice. The gym was well maintained with modest equipment. Nothing top notch but what can be expected for the price. I felt very safe. Housekeeping was great, Cynthia maintained my room and accommodated my needs.

I saw a roach and another person told me they had a roach in their room too. I think they are dealing with the problem because usually when you walk in the lobby you can smell roach killer. The staff came and sprayed down my room and I didn't see any more roaches

The room was huge with an equally large patio area. Patio had a table and chair set for an alternative eating area. Double beds were comfortable and the wifi was reliable. Lots of storage areas around the room so clothes and personal belongings were easily accessible (& out of sight) after unpacking. Table and chairs close to the kitchen area and nice desk for working. Daily room service was a nice surprise. When asked, we were quickly provided an adequate number of hangers and more towels. This was a very pleasant room with amenities for the price point and would consider staying here again but for a shorter visit.

The bathroom was so narrow the door could not fully open; the kitchen had about 1/2 of the common items in it that we generally use while travelling (didn't have can opener, for example). Only one laundry room on top floor & was coin operated; no machine provided on site to purchase laundry supplies if needed for one or two loads. Patio was essentially unusable because it was overlooking other buildings (not street-facing) and outside air conditioners made it too loud and hot to be a nice place to eat. Door to patio was almost impossible to re-lock; door was not well-aligned to frame.

Staff was friendly. It had a full kitchen which was helpful for a longer stay. Nice set up with a table and chairs by the kitchen. The housekeeping folks did a great job cleaning what they could. Wifi worked great.

The sofa was old and a bit musty. The chairs were old as well, the fabric didn't look very clean. We solved it by laying towels down, but it would've been nice if they were more updated. The bathroom had a bit of mold, which is typical in the tropics, but made worse because the bathroom fan wouldn't turn on. The rest of the room was very clean, as were the towels and linens. The kitchen had just enough to work with, but needed a spatula and another set of plates/cups/utensils/bowls. The view out the window was into the alley behind the building, but at least there was a tree blocking most of the bad view. The bed only had 2 top sheets, no blanket, and with AC it was hard to get to a comfortable sleeping temperature.

This property is ideally situated to everything you need, shops, restaurants/bars, banks and my absolute favorite the metro...all within walking distance, from this location you can take the metro directly to Albrook mall and back on Iglesias del Carmen My room was quite comfortable and spacious with a self catering kitchenette with stainless steel appliances, living and dining room furniture, king sized bed with comfortable linens, nice big shower with good pressure and plenty of storage space The amenities includes a safe for valuables, a convenient laundry room for guests to do laundry, a nice rooftop pool with views and airport pickup on request Staff was welcoming and accommodating and help me in many ways to navigate the city of Panama...special mentioned of Isabella with her lovely smile and always willing to help, Chela with her pleasant and professional attitude, they all made me feel welcomed and would definitely consider this property for a future stay.

Noisy room extractor fan, some areas of my room could do with some much needed maintenance, maybe not the hotels fault, but the smell of outside with piled up garbage on the street of every other business, somehow felt like the smell was transferred into the room, maybe some airfreshners or something during housekeeping duties could help as I'm aware it's in downtown and next to numerous restaurants.

The hotel staff were very nice and very attentive. Reception was always ready and able to handle any issue I had. The cleaning staff were very friendly and reliable. The view from the pool on the roof is quite nice. Their location in the El Cangrejo area is very convenient!

The gym equipment needs to be updated. The couch in the room should be deep cleaned or replaced. Those are the only things I would say should be improved.

Excellent location with a roomy, fully equipped studio suite. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is a gym present with plenty of weights to stay active, the rooftop pool is also. A nice getaway with a stunning view. It’s very easy to get to where you want to go since taxis, subway, but also stores restaurants are all walking distance.

Unfortunately the gym, though having all the necessary equipment, some of the machines were broken and unusable. I shower cold as well but the shower would always turn hot. Furthermore the environment was a bit noisy.

Facilities, location and Staff were great. Close to Super Mercado and pickup points for day trips. Will stay here again when I return. Pool was great after a long, warm day.

Certainly not of real concern, but for those who are used to renting rooms with kitchenettes or apartments, you will need to bring everything. Nothing is provided. Just an FYI.

Location is good close to everything the supper market, the train station and shopping around the area, the receptionists were very pleasant and try to assist in any way necessary the night receptionists that was on duty when we checked in she is much more fluent in English and very very pleasant. The manager, Mr Omar Nùñez was very helpful with the problem, and I applaud him. My husband was happy with how he dealt with the situation, being a manager himself of a diamond property back home, for the maids, I am not sure what to say, put that all aside. I had a beautiful time there, and my family loved it. It's a clean, lovely small hotel. You can cook and make breakfast for yourself, and that is good for persons who don't want salty food.

The water wasn't hot, and I called reception more than once, also I personally believe that when you have the do not disturb sign on the room no one should enter that room without permission that's my only real disappointment, I also think that the sauce pans need changing they're a little scratch up, and I didn't have a frying pan, so purchase a sauce pan and something to fry in they were cheap

The location is very good - near the Iglesia del Carmen Metro station on Via Espana with mini-markets nearby and a Riba Smith supermarket about a 15 min walk away. The supermarket sells Jamaican Red Stripe beer!! The taxi to and from the airport takes about 20-30 minutes. The room was large with a large desk. The bed was comfortable and there was hot water for a shower at all times. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. There is a laundry room with washers and driers on the top floor. The apartment was cleaned every day and provided with fresh towels - that does not happen everywhere in our experience. So full marks to the cleaning staff.

The kitchenette is very small with little space to prepare food, but it has a large fridge-freezer and a microwave as well as a gas oven and rings. The room could do with some hooks especially on the back of the door in the bathroom. There was some noise from the cafe-restaurant next door but not enough to prevent sleeping.
