Breakfast was good but needs to be improved, it was almost the same thing everyday. Location was perfect. It was almost in the middle of everything. I loved that there was a big desk in the room if you needed to.work. Very convenient. The room was also very clean, which was a big deal for me. And house keeping did an awesome job. The staff were ever so helpful, kind and friendly. By far, this is the one aspect that stood out!

When we arrived, it was early in the morning, breakfast was still ongoing, the staff informed us to my surprise that we were not eligible for breakfast the morning we landed, that was far from a warm welcome. I wouldve preferred some sort of ventilation, there was absolutely no windows, the air has no way to go. The beds were too small as well for a family room. I wouldve liked a microwave as well. However, apparently thats not even an option at the hotel. The view wasnt good, it was of a relatively old high rise building.

My favorite part is the breakfast, even though it is breakfast only, I was amazed each day, even my last day. Oh!! I almost forgot about the view; the room, pool and gym view is exceptional. This was a new adventure for me and my spouse, and trust me the location had me hooked, we felt safe and secure. Restaurants and shops are like minutes away. The location is excellent and the staff is friendly.

At 11:00 am, my key card was deactivated, and we couldn’t access the elevator or my room. Once I managed to get into my room, we realized there were no towels, so we couldn’t shower. I ended up drying my hands with the bed sheets. If checkout is at 12:00, they shouldn’t deactivate the key cards or remove the towels before that time.

I really liked the view from the rooftop, its really nice and I could take good pictures for social media, definately a good location for people who like tall buildings and nice landscapes all around.

I didnt like the fact that they switched the Included Breakfast from "Self Serve, anything you want from the Menu and any amount" to "This is the only thing we have, whether you like it or not" and small amount, I mean the food was good and all but as a returning guest this boggled me. I even had to buy ANOTHER breakfast because I wasnt satisfied with the "Included" one. This is a point to improve.

The staff is amazing. Everyone in this hotel is really friendly and helpful. The manager is very polite and easily approachable. The reception staff sooo helpful. We forgot our passports in the hotel and only realised it when we reached the next place we were staying - 150 km away. We rung the hotel and they sent the driver to us with the passports. Also the drivers at Hampton by Hilton are lovely. Rigo took us to all day trip around Panama city's sights and went well over the extra mile for us. He took the best photos of us. Thank you everyone at Hampton by Hilton hotel! Keep doing what you doing.

The room and location were good. The staff were friendly and helpful. I am vegan so my breakfast selection was fruit and fruit juices only. The fruit and juices were excellent. The bread/toast alone was not appealing. I don't use dairy milk, so the dry cereal alone was also not appealing.

I didn't like the food selections. It was all meat/fish/chicken based. Putting together a meal, as a vegan, was difficult.

I like that the staff was very nice and professional

What I didn't like was that when we went to the pool, there was a group of teenagers eating fried chicken in the pool. The pool looked greasy because of that.

Rooms are really nice and comfortable, and also quiet. There is a hairdryer, iron, ironing board etc, and plenty of desk space if you wanted to work. The pool is small but has a brilliant view (it's on the roof). Staff were really helpful. Breakfast decent.

If you want to get to Casco Antiguo or anywhere else historical you will need a taxi. Ubers are plentiful and cheap however.

Most of the staff were great.

The woman who checked me in was not friendly. She seemed overworked with the excessive number of people and working alone. This caused a long wait. Hotel hallways are very dark.
