I liked the staff. after driving 850 miles,very tired all I wanted was a shower n sleep. Two beds and a pull out sofa. Nathan,the first front desk person. So generally kind. The general manager whom I forgot her name,I'm sorry great person ,also the other man at front desk. they were more than willing to help .

I'm not a big breakfast person to start,but to have sausage every morning was not my cup of tea. Everything was clean and good just not my preference. I really have no negative remarks other then, I don't like sausage.

I was impressed that we got adjoining rooms. It was a great surprise and the kids just loved it. The rooms were comfortable and had a decent sitting area for us to enjoy snacks and meals. The breakfast provided was impressive...a lot of options for the kids as they can be picky. Definitely a great location as we were there to enjoy Fright Fest at Six Flags.

Pool area was nice but small and the hot tub was not functioning.

I was upset that there was a $100 dollar deposit which I gave in cash to get it back in the morning at check out but this was not mentioned when I booked my room because that would have made me get some where else. The tv had no signal so I had to call front desk they fixed it. I didn’t like the few channels the tv has not a good selection.

I like the location its very close to everything, shopping mall, restaurants and most of all very close to Six flags. The reason we stayed there for our company picnic. The food was good, the cleanliness and the vey accomodating staff. We were satisfied with our stay.

The night clerk was so kind to us. He went above and beyond to accommodate our needs! And I felt like he felt our sorrow after we dropped our daughter off at A-School on that last day...

Hot tub was covered and closed the whole stay. But it in no way hindered our stay. It was our perfect home away from home for our daughters!

Friendly and very helpful staff. I wasn’t sure how to work the temperature controlled furnace and shared that with the front desk manager. He was attentive and right away came to the room and showed me what to do.

Friendly cleaning staff and the room was clean. Thank-you. The couch was material that didn’t seem that clean though There was one tissue box and two trash bins. I just would’ve liked a couple more in the rooms. All was fine though!

Clean room with all the amenities included, conveniently located near a Wal-Mart, a shopping center, and multiple options for fast casual food - including a fried chicken place that is open late!

Nothing to complain about, I always stay here when traveling in the area for work or when visiting Six Flags.

the cleaning is great the staff is friendly the cleaning ladies do their best to leave you the best they can to make you happy. the manager is very kind a woman that is the most incredible thing I have been to other hotels in the American Union and they are dirty and stinky of marijuana it is obnoxious if you travel with children, the price is good, I would say and besides everything the pool is clean .It is really great, the beds, finally, are the best, I hope it continues like this and that the lady manager continues

I had an event to attend in Waukegan, so this was a great choice all around. Good location, clean, comfortable and surprisingly good breakfast. Recommended for anyone in a similar situation or needing a stop while driving long distance on that route.

Based on the reviews I was a little bit nervous and maybe thought I was going to regret the choice. I had little to no complaint. The hotel was clean. The bed was comfortable. We were able to receive extra bedding for the pull out. The breakfast was decent.

The only thing that was negative with our stay was the $150 charge noted on the front desk counter but not on booking.com and that the hot tub did not work. That said the $150 incidentals does not seem like it was applied to US unless it changes once the bank opens tomorrow. The elevator also seemed extremely slow that said it was functional and met our purpose!
