When I booked our room, I thought I booked a King room with a pull-out couch. After we checked in and got to our room we realized it was just a king bed for four people! I went down and talked to the gentlemen at the front desk. They both were super nice! Nick informed me that unfortunately they didn’t have anything available for Wednesday night, but would let me know if something came available for Thursday night. I had been back in our room no more than 5 minutes when Nick called and said they had a king room with pull-out couch available for Thursday night! Thursday morning they had housekeeping clean and prep the new room for us before we left for Hurricane Harbor! All of the staff was phenomenal and we will be back when we come back to Six Flags in October for Fright Fest!

Very clean location with an indoor pool and good access to the gurnee mills and six flags if that’s your thing. The staff were excellent and really helpful with local tips and advice. Comfortable beds and only service rooms when you ask rather than wasting resources with scheduled services. Excellent value for money given some of the properties we’ve stayed in from Illinois to Florida.

There was nothing bad about the property at all but if you’re wanting to access Chicago, it’s a little far away. It’s doable with a car and/or trains from prairie crossing/grayslakes.

The staff was very nice. We opted not to have room service for the time we were staying. Everytime we walked past the front desk we were asked if we needed anything. If we are ever in the area again we would definitely stay here again.

The only thing we didn't like was the air conditioning wasn't very cold. We never said anything cause we were in the room and we like it very cold. The food was great but I wish there were some plain bagels. These really aren't major issues, and it was a stretch coming up with something wrong.

This location was close to restaurants, a mall and it had amble parking. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable and staff members were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was also good. I would not hesitate to stay here and have already recommended a friend come in the future during her visit!

There was nothing we didn’t like or had a problem with. 10/10 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Definitely would recommend! Good Location! Not far from the Navy Bootcamp, lots of places to eat, a nice mall to shop & even a movie theater across the street for entertainment!

We never used the free breakfast. Too many people, few staff to provide adequate Service. The location was perfect, because we met family (party of 12) at Red lobster for dinner

The initial shower curtain was inadequate. It would not hang or close properly, so you had to shower while holding the curtain to prevent water from spraying over the bathroom floor. Another new curtain was provided to fix the problem.

The front desk clerk was very polite, friendly and provided useful information. The check in process was quick and easy.

The only thing that would of made our stay much more enjoyable was if they had a hot tube or jacuzzi to accompany the nice size pool.

Staff is friendly and incredibly helpful, location was ideal when considering food and entertainment, breakfast had good choices. We had also forgotten our sons blanket after checking out and they were kind enough to call us and let us know and even offered to mail it to our home address.

Room smelt musty when we would first walk in. Our bathroom vent was extremely loud, scared my son when we first turned it on due to the noise. They said they had tried having it fixed but it was something to do with the housing. Our neighbors above us woke us up two out of three mornings before 6AM (not the hotels fault, just irritating). I was bummed that they didn't have a fitness center, and our room was not big enough to try and get a work out in. But that was my own fault for not looking further into facilities!

The location is number one. Breakfast was good. The staff was nice and the was clean.

The the fridge was making noise. There was no courtesy water bottles in the fridge and there was no water fountain either. I needed water. The mall was already closed it was late and raining. So, I had to buy from them 2 bottles of water for $6 us.

The room was clean, beds were really comfortable and the hot breakfast was great. Location was good. Right next to a huge mall. About 15 minutes from the Naval Air Station.

They do housekeeping upon request. Would have at least liked for them to get the trash daily and change out the towels for fresh ones each day.
