i liked the sofa bed, as it becomes a bed for 2.

if you need to use the elevator, you need to use your room card in order to go down. but this is totally wrong, as in case of emergency, you must be able to use elevator without card for the G floor only.

Staff was incredible. treated us like family and we actually cried when we left them. they went above and beyond to help us get around, communicate and should be praised. The location was ok, new and lots to see around and the common rooms were plentiful and clean well appointed. Breakfast was excellent with great choices and fresh

rooms were a bit smaller than expected and rather dark, wish for a view but had to have curtains closed as there was a weird balcony with window outside our room so we were concerned with privacy. also a bit farther than we wished to many sites but we managed with help of staff. not enough dining choices within easy walk but not hotels fault.

The cleanliness and comfort of the room and bed! The location is also very good - Mangelic Yel is my favorite road on the left bank but sometimes could be a bit loud.

There is no refrigerator in the room. How much is it gonna cost you to put refrigerators in rooms ha? I don't think it will be too expensive - you don't have to sell stuff in the refrigerator - just let it be empty with so the guests can use it? Also the reception downstairs is busy all the time and a line forms. I had to wait all the time to talk to receptionist. There is only 1 receptionist.

Good location in a modern and safer part of the town with lots of shops, bus stops to all directions, restaurants and parks. Ladies at the reception are friendly and kind. Breakfast good. Facility clean, rooms tidy without bad smell. I would recommend for considering as not expensive place to stay. Free Wi-Fi everywhere in the hotel.

The location is perfect if you plan to work/visit the EXPO in Astana. Rather close to the airport, but it will take you some time to get to the right bank. The staff is very friendly, and the room was clean and nice.

No room service, breakfast could be more assorted, but for a couple of days it was okay. There is a gym but with very limited machines (mostly for cardio).

A good hotel for three stars, the level of a four-star hotel, good responsive staff, delicious breakfasts, the location is perfect 15 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes to the city center, everything went great!

Location was convenient for our needs. Staff were helpful and friendly. Smooth and fast check-in and check-out. Comfortable bed/pillows. Clean.

Low pressure water in the shower. Some noise that was coming sometimes from the bathroom sewage (during day and night). Hooks in the bathroom do not properly hold anything.

The staff could not have been more helpful particularly as I struggled to find cash initially to pay for a taxi to my meeting and the amazing reception staff kindly helped me out. Everyone was super friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was immaculate and had everything you needed.

Great location, many guys cafes around. Free parking. Nice breakfast (though could be a little better - cute was basic and not do much fruits; in Hilton Garden Inn that was much better). Nice room. Good value. Mir cards are accepted.

The matress is awful - dependent springs! When the one turns around on a double bed, the other one on the other side jumps up. No fresh air income except the window, and only a few rooms have a window to a quiet street or a closed balcony - others are noisy. The v viking process is strange - even when prolonging the stay, you are forced to use the Hilton website or booking.com to get a fair price - the front desk is unable to give the same price.

Friendly stuff, fresh interior, everything you can need in your room, location near botanical garden and Expo. Good breakfast. Laundry service was also good.

Lack of fridge inside the room, very slow internet and bad wi-fi quality (keep it in mind if you are working remotely), a little bit noisy if your room has road view. Too far from central park, embankment.
