Great access to Aix city and Sainte Victoire and other hiking trails; beautiful views of Sainte Victoire from the property. Felt very safe, calm and quiet. Restaurant on site was fantastic with super friendly safe there. Nice spa facilities, was pleasantly surprised by the water bed hydro massage machine, very effective! Room was very comfortable and the whole place is nicely decorated.

You have to come through an industrial estate to get to the hotel, you don’t feel like you’re on one when you’re in the hotel, but just to warn people, as it feels like you’re heading to the wrong place. It would be nice to have some spa robes and slippers in the room, especially as all the spa facilities are each an extra cost and you have to be prebook them, it felt a bit inconvenient getting dressed and undressed just to go over there without a changing area or shower. I found the spa quite pricey for what is it, as you have to pay for each aspect around 15€. It would also be nice to have some more towels ready in the room, as they were quite small and only one each.

Spotlessly clean, well appointed rooms, friendly helpful and efficient staff, convenient for motorway and overnight stops, good restaurant with delicious food.

Surrounding area is light industrial so nowhere attractive to walk outside the hotel grounds, although they themselves were lovely to walk through. Mats needed inside front door and patio door. kettle required to enable visitors to boil water for the tea bags which were provided.

We were going to a wedding at Chateau Grande Boise and the location was excellent. Moreover, the staff was really helpful and when we couldn’t get a taxi to get to the wedding venue, the owner of the hotel offered to take us. Incredible service!

The hotel was very clean, the staff was lovely and the pool and garden were excellent.

The restaurant that was attached to the hotel and is not part of the property was overpriced and below average. I wouldn’t recommend to visit.

Great location - it was a stopover on our journey home. Great to find a place that has a pool and a restaurant on site. Staff are really kind and helpful. New rooms are fabulous. A great place to stay.

A real gem of a hotel - it is approx 10 minutes from the motorway, so great for an overnight stop that is not in a big hotel (12 rooms?). It has a pool which was great to use and also lovely grounds to sit in. The rooms are full of charm and character. Breakfast was good. The restaurant next the hotel was amazing too. Will definitely return here - for more than one night to explore the area.
