Awesome views and great location! Very clean and the staff was so nice and helpful! The food in the restaurant was very delicious. We loved the way it was decorated for the holidays!

We needed to use the pull out bed and there wasn't fresh sheets and blankets available to us to make up the bed. When we did get them one of the pillows stunk. But housekeeping came promptly to replace it. Also we did not like the sliding door for the bathroom!! It was noisy when it moved and did not really offer the type of privacy we would have liked. The parking fee was a bummer but I guess that's how it is these days.

Quiet and beautiful location. Very nice staff. Nice room and balcony.

The first room smelled but they changed us quickly and it was much better. Neither room had the view we were expecting. We booked a room with breakfast included, through booking. We were told at check-in that wasn't the case. They accommodated us though. Breakfast was was still $20+ out of pocket and would've been $60+. Not worth $20. Sorry. That definitely needs to be looked at. Our 2nd room had a big gap under the door. We had to put a towel down so we couldn't see out and people see in. Shocking.

Room was quite adequate! wishing the beds were queens instead of doubles, but other than that, the room had a nice layout and was very clean. We had a view of the ocean with a balcony. So nice! The staff was so nice and so helpful. Breakfast bar was pricy at $25, and regular menu limited, so we skipped it and took a walk down the PCH and found a spot. Rented bikes and rode to San Clemente. Had dinner at Olemanti's, a wonderful Mexican spot. Walked to the Harbor where there were so

Carpeting in hallways had pet odor. Needs shampooing! A woman in the elevator had a dog and cat with her. I love animals, but that's a lot of cleaning to keep up with.

Amazing distance from the beach and many other attractions! Both of my dogs were allowed, with a non refundable fee but they were well accepted and we didn’t hear any issues when we left them in the room. The room was clean and all the beds were very comfortable.

The self Parking fee was a bit steep but I’m also a small town girl so maybe that’s average for self parking in CA.

Clean, friendly people, the front desk girl told me about the Christmas light at the harbor, my boyfriend my daughter and I had a great time.

The bathroom door was too loose and it was hard to locked and it feels that you don’t have enough privacy.

That valet parking or self parking was the same price. The circle entrance is too tight, when multiple cars gather. There is too much concrete in the center circle. ned some soft scape

Location is great. We walked to Doheny and Dana Point.

Parking at the facility is way too expensive! Felt like we got a good deal on the room and then got slammed with the parking fee. Just another money grab :(

Did not like when arrived was told ocean view would be an upgrade of $20 p nite. On Booking.Com stated ocean view room. Few days later noticed additional charges $50 p nite for ocean view? Called and had charged reduced to $20. Also try to charged for bottle waters not opened. Recovered that also.

Location near to everything walking distance to restaurants

I asked and paid extra money for ocean view unfortunately our family whose first timer to visit Dana point expecting a magnificent sunrise/sunset from our balcony been devastated didn’t get us great view. We’re assigned to 2nd floor left corner of the building unfortunately again near the valet that we always hear honk from the cars and loud voices from the people coming in and out the Inn.

Location to beach and restaurants. The pillows were awesome. Customer service was excellent as well.

It was advertised that room had a view of the Ocean, in reality it was a postage stamp size view if you stood on the small balcony that overlooked the freeway 🤪
