We are regular guest at the beach hotel and we observed a great evolution and improvement this time. The breakfast buffet was reorganised and the food was super tasty and fresh. Lumi beach has been slightly renovated too and it’s was good to see some new stuff around.

Some outdoor area aren’t clean and tidy. Few things are due to ongoing renovation but we saw also few garbages and trash on the floor.

The pool and beach were very wonderful and I will come again, entry only, without overnight stays. The Breakfast was good.

The room and furniture are very old and need maintenance And the cooling is bad. There was a musty smell and insects inside the room.

We stayed in a newly renovated Executive room and this exceeded my expectation. The room was clean and enough for our family. We found the internet not working but it was fine because we only stayed for a night and we were mostly outdoors. I also want to commend the chef because the food was very tasty! We love it so much!

The food service takes so much time. The food was ready but the servers were a bit slow. The coffee is a nescafe coffee (instant coffee from a vending machine). It would be great to have a brewed coffee at least in the breakfast as well as the restaurant. Nevertheless, our fur baby and human babies as well as the parents had so much fun. We will definitely go back again!

The beach is fantastic with views of only the sea, unlike the hustle and bustle of Dubai. The beach bar is like something straight out of Ibiza...it had great DJs (albeit very loud), boho vibes and a beautiful outdoor restaurant serving quite nice food. It had a good sized pool with areas that families could set up "camp" for the day and the walk to the beach is so short that we enjoyed, walking back and forth from the pool to beach each day. We loved that dogs are allowed...more hotels should do this!

It was not as clean and refined as the UAE hotels that we are used too. Stairwells used to store beds, bin bags left outside and the pool was full of flies. The rooms were very big and beds super comfy but very dated and the aircon was awful! There is no integrated system so we were basically relying on glorified fans! The food was basic but presented nicely. There was also no awareness of allergies or substitutions offered. I am a celiac and even though I had mentioned this on booking, they didn't have anything for gluten free people and told me "you can eat the salads". However, there was no information about the dressing or sauces that were ontop. I also wasn't given an allergen menu despite asking a few times.

Overall.the experience was unforgettable and exceptional. I love that they're pet friendly and our dog enjoyed a lot and was comfy. Staff were all nice, friendly and accomodating. Special shoutout to ate Geraldine who is very accommodating and caring. We rented a beach suite and it is soo spacious. Beach and pool are clean. Quiet and relaxing ambience. Perfect getaway to just relax and spend time with loved ones. There's a great restaurant nearby and liquor store. If you prefer food delivery or fast food, you can also use some delivery platforms. Will definitely come back!

Bed was kinda uncomfortable cause of the pillow. Tv in the living room also stopped working for some reason- but overall it's still great!

I have been coming to the Beach side from the hotel every day off and then I decided to have a staycation. The reception personal was very kind and friendly. The beach is relaxing wooden boho environment where you can just lay down on your sun bed and enjoy the beat if music. The room was beautiful, everything was clean and comfy. I had a feeling that I am not in the UAE. Food was super delicious and reasonable price. Beach and water are super clear and clean that I felt I am in Maldives. Thank you for the amazing hospitality and definitely I am coming back! ❤️

Breakfast could have better. Need to check Pet vaccination & passport on arrival, it would be more safer for all. Some guests not caring their pets, pets should be with leash all the time. Some guests not following the rule.

Spacious rooms, we parked our car right in front of our villa. Comfortable beds and the soap/conditioner/shampoo that are provided smell amazing! Short walk to the pool and beach area. Food is good at the restaurant by the beach and by the pool. Breakfast is good too. There is a Grab ‘n Go shop with basics and a few snacks.

Bathrooms need to be refurbished, the bathtubs had cracks in it and looked old. Wifi signal is very low in the rooms. Biggest issue for us is the pool should have been heated or at least temperature controlled, the water was so cold that we could not stay and enjoy it. It is very windy in Umm Al Quwain so if you’re not wrapped up right away, you freeze! Both days we were there it was so windy that the beach was closed off as the waves were too high. We still got to sit by the beach and build sandcastles but could not enjoy a swim in the sea. Wish there was another restaurant to enjoy a different type of cuisine. We got bored of the menu by day 3!

This hotel is a haven for dogs! This is the main reason why we chose to come! The vibe there is great! Lumi beach was amazing! Everyone was friendly and dog friendly. The beach was clean and the water clear. Perfect spot to spend some time with your furry friends. The beach bar/restaurant was lovely: many options and very decent prices. If you come on Thursdays, they have a ladies day and some amazing discounts. We will return for sure!

The standard room is basic and matching the description on the photos. The shower gel was empty which is a shame upon checking in. There is ongoing work to renovate parts of the hotel but doing construction work in the bedroom next door to ours at 10.30pm is not great. They did stop once we (and others) complained to reception. The fan in the bathroom was open (option to close it was broken) which meant lots of mosquitoes could get in.

Second visit, love the calm and low key vibe of this place. The rooms are clean although the bathrooms in some rooms are a bit dated. Beds are super comfortable and water pressure is good. WiFi was better this time. Breakfast is good quality and plentiful and the beach bar is a great place for drinks and food at any time of the day. Also great food at the Lebanese restaurant to the side of the property (same ownership).
