Staff refusing to take dinner order at the time I and my wife requested. The reply from the staff was we cannot take your order now as we are busy serving other guest. You can order later else your order will be cancelled now. We were surprised to hear such words from the staff as if we were not part of the guest list. We are really disappointed and later when we ordered late, after 40 minutes the staff comes to deliver the dinner saying one item is not available, and later after some time the same item was delivered at room. Overall the dinner and breakfast served was not as expected. Not much of variety available for vegetarian lovers.

From the moment we arrived the staff were incredibly helpful, professional and welcoming. We were presented with a welcome drink while we checked in and were then escorted to our huge room which faced onto the pool. We were explained all the amenities in lots of detail. Shiri and Vinaya were so helpful. It was our first time visiting and we will definately come back again and recommend it to our friends. The food at the restaurant was excellent both for breakfast and dinner. The pool was a perfect temperature with lots of quiet spaces to read during the day and music in the evening.

Nothing. Everything had been thought of and the little extra touches like fruit being delivered in the afternoon was lovely.

The room was huge, clean, sea view and breakfast was good, the staff is very approachable , shoutout to Shiri, and team great, from the reception to housekeeping, nothing can say, very good.

the only need to make it better is the response make it fast once request something, no need to follow up need action. but is manageable, and i was shock the steam & sauna are chargeable, and the beach to late it was open 10am too late.

Our first stay in here! The staffs were helpful and fast with all the needs. Especially Vinaya who made our stay more special by keeping on top of our requests. Fazal did a great approach with everything we needed within the resort, he such a nice guy and best in what he does. It amazes us that the gym has the complete equipment for work out with an approachable coach. The pool is huge and with good guy watching our safety throughout the swimming moment. Food is okay… Definitely will spread the word to everyone!

It's a genuinely stunning location with an Egyptian theme and the perfect spot for insta worthy pictures. Our dinner at Palma Resort Cafe, which had a gorgeous view of the sea, was quite enjoyable. The resort was ideal for a weekend retreat, with a serene atmosphere. The staffs were incredibly kind and accommodating. Aleena, one of the staff who helped us, was so gracious and nice to accommodate our request and make extra plans for my wife's birthday. Aleena greeted us with a cheerful smile even though we were quite late for our check-in. Thanks for the complimentary birthday cake; it was Yummy. 😊

There were a few housefly concerns. That can be taken into consideration.

At the reception Shiri was very helpful in order to accommodate my request to check-in early. My room was already upgraded as I am a genius Booking.com member however as we had to wait a little longer than what we expected for the early check, Junaid has re-upgraded my room once again! Thanks Shiri and Junaid.

The only problem was the shower area in the bathroom as the water was coming out but as soon as I called the reception they took care of it, so all was OK!

Unique wooden chalet is the first time for me It's like a separate villa for privacy Your own car park front of chalet for 2 or 3 cars I would like to thank everyone who did the best specially reception Shiri,Vinaya and Fazal. And from House keeping Fata, Nabil, Maktar, Vishal and Hasib 🌹🌹🌹

Great property lovely pool, starbage part of the world pool is empty till about 7pm then every one comes out to swim music on and it’s alive! Rooms are beautifully fitted large size and king size bed! Huge change room and bathroom comfortable balcony and great lighting. Pools are lovely and staff and friendly and well trained. Room service was excellent and quality of food very good. Nice beach and good shisha

Only thing that comes to mind is the plastic knives and forks used for in room dinning I broke my plastic fork every time.
