The breakfast was simple, but there was plenty of choice (Cooked "English", waffles, cold meats, cereals, toast etc.). No limits on what you can have. Good coffee machines. The gym / fitness centre was well equipped (Two running machine,s a pelaton bike, concept2 rowing machine, ecliptical trainer, weights and more). The hotel is BRAND new. You can still smell the new carpets. The rooms are simple, but the beds are huge. They have massive TVs too. There's a safe and a fridge as well as tea and coffee kit.

The toilets are set rather high. I was dangling my feet so it wasn't 100% comfortable. The bar prices were a bit high, but then this is a hotel, so only to be expected really. No wardrobes in the rooms. you get coat hangers, but only a stylish bent pipe to hang them on.

Rooms are very nice. large comfy bed with quality pillows and a lovely seating area. Great shower and a fridge in the room. Parking right outside but as of yesterday it's a hefty 10 pound per night. Been free up until now. I am sure this hotel will get better as the staff get more experienced.

Evening meals very little choice . Hard to believe for a hotel of this quality. I would eat out if I was you. But it's pretty cheap. Fantastic lobby but not keen on the fact that it's the restaurant and the bar all in one. Brilliant that breakfast is served at 6 but not the best quality. if you are not there at 6 it won't be hot. Warm at best. But it's included and there is plenty of it. its clear the staff are still learning as it took an age to get served food and drink because the bar and food orders are taken by the receptionist so had to wait until about 6 people had checked in to get attention. The lady didn't really know how to work the till. Of course this will improve.

Liked it all the hotel fantastic, staff wonderful, helpful pleasant, room well worth the cost to stay, breakfast could not fault nice and fresh tastefully.

The car park has full security cameras covering the hole car park, but abit of a walk from the back of the hotel to the only entrance, to much if you have walking problems or disabled or bad weather specially. Could do with drop off/pick up bays at the front entrance, Double yellow lines at front only entrance, as we were loading our car with luggage parking warden was going to give us a ticket. Luckily we had just finished. NEEDS CAR TO HOTEL ENTRANCE SORTING, SO ITS BETTER.

The first morning's breakfast was a wee bit difficult due to the large water leak, which was sorted out by the second morning. The choice of food was fine, thank you.

The first room that I was allocated was very good, very well laid out with plenty of seating. Due to a water leak on my first night, I had to move to another room, which was not as good as the first. I found it quite cramped with nowhere to sit. Had the water leak not happened, I would not have had to move rooms, and it would have been fine. I would have thought that if I was forced to move rooms, then the second room should have been at least on par with the first one, not inferior. Not very happy about this. I was on the third floor, and as the lifts didn't always work, I had to walk up six or seven flights of stairs with my luggage. Again, that could have been a problem if I had not been able to use the stairs.

The staff were all delightful. The entire place feels brand new, perhaps because it is! The bed was very comfortable. The ensuite bathroom was among the best I have ever had.

There was no armchair. I did not find the built-in sofa at all comfortable. On the other hand I was out with local friends most of the time. I would have liked more shelves. (hanging space fine, however). Not a huge problem. I was able to hang some clothes and use my suitcase to store the others. I would have liked a built-in writing surface.

Firstly the staff are so friendly, super helpful also! The room blew our minds, it is stunning! The bed is the comfiest bed I’ve ever lay in, the bathroom was just stunning, everything was totally spotless! The tv in the room is gigantic! It’s perfect for curling up and watching a film in bed! Then the added bonus of having the corner sofa area! Myself and my partner really enjoyed our stay, the breakfast was absolutely gorgeous, we ate so much! Thank you for a lovely happy stay :)

A guide for how to use the air con!

Easy to get to with sat nav . Good accessibility, room, lifts, restaurant area. Helpful and friendly staff. Decent breakfast with good choice of ingredients.

Very upset there was no parking place onsite when we returned from evening event. Had to park elsewhere in public car park with no security and walk to hotel. Husband and self in late 70’s and we found this inconvenient, worrying and upsetting.

Advertised as Continental but closer to full English. However the scrambled egg was dry and tasteless. Can we not get fresh eggs?

See above. The lift inside has buttons marked 0,1,2,3 etc. However the narrative alongside uses G for bar and reception rather than 0 which can be confusing. You tend look at the narrative first and see G and then scan the lift buttons inside and cannot see G

Great location well laid out rooms which was clean and well presented. Staff made you weclome throughout our stay and helpful. Well planned out space with nice seating area /workspace within room and lobby area. Gym had good seclection of equipment. There was great atomosphere troughout our stay Well done to all staff this round off with nice breakfast selection
