The free breakfast is good, good variety with a few hot options. The staff is very friendly and check in / out is quick and easy.

Overall the room was very clean, I have stayed here before with no complaints, but this time the room had a countertop that hadnt been cleaned. Also the price this time was a lot more than last time I stayed.

they use multi use soaps and shampoos etc that are screwed into the wall, I think this is much better for the environment, which is good, but it gives me the ick a little

heater in 1st room making a very loud noise. asked to change rooms which they helped us do. refrigerator in 2 nd room hummed but to acceptable level

Staff were really friendly, breakfast was delish- especially the biscuits( first time trying them and I had to go back for seconds!), large comfortable room, loved the small and compact gym and the washing facilities

Loved how comfortable the bed was and the breakfast was so good. There was an issue with my card at check in but the staff quickly figured it out. Such a great friendly staff.

There was beeping near the side door that was a bit annoying

Location was great and convenient to UNH. Staff was very friendly, although there was never anyone just standing at the front desk (even at normal times of the day or first thing in the morning, and you had to wait a few minutes before they knew you were there (they were in an office to the side). Breakfast was great. Accessibility from parking lot to hotel was good.

I felt room was overpriced even though it is convenient to campus, and the only hotel around, the hotel itself was not a high brand hotel to pay $259 for a double queen room. The room had an weird odor to it, was just basic and not very welcoming, and looked into Nick's apartments which is student housing, where a Halloween party was going on until early hours of the morning, lots of noise, music, etc., and that right there is a deterrent if you are paying a premium for a hotel room. The last time I paid this much for a hotel room it was a suite overlooking an ocean. I understand I was paying for the convenience and location to campus, and there were other hotels just a few miles outside of town that were much more reasonable and higher brand hotels.

Continental breakfast was decent. Area was clean. Rooms were clean and the water was hot. I like the shower gel, shampoo and conditioner being in the pump bottles, thereby saving more plastic from being in landfills.

Hotel is close to a college and apparent college apartments. On a Saturday night, college KIDS can be, and were, loud and obnoxious; at least, we so could hear them and music after midnight during our stay. Also, if I book a room for 4 people and pay the price for 4 people, 4 bath towels are expected and should not be have to be requested.

There was nothing exceptional to mention, but also nothing negative. It's pretty much what we have come to expect from the IHG brand. The breakfast was better than most we've experience since covid arrived. My wife especially liked the pancake maker.

This was my second stay at this hotel, and given it’s the only choice in town, it just exactly what I needed, great location, clean and comfortable room, friendly staff, and nice free breakfast.
