The room was amazing. Spacious, clean, the bed was so comfortable, and the shower was hot and clean. It had everything we needed. When we got there, we were great by friendly staff and we went to the hotel for dinner and the food was delicious and again everyone made us feel welcome.

Friendly staff, easy check-in at the bar late afternoon. Spacious immaculate room with loads of bench space. Firm comfortable bed. Big shower. Fast wifi. Easy to reach power points for recharging and my CPAP which is important for me. Nice friendly vibe in the dining area, especially near the fire. The pub cat with manners. Away from the general noise of the pub patrons. No steps.

As good as a motel room at this price could be, probably better.

- Centre of the Heyfield - IGA is next door and the next is a Cafe. The Cafe provides great coffee - Spacious room and good set up, clean - Yes, it's a part of hotel (pub) but it's not connected to the building and surprisingly no noise from the pub - Friendly staff

The room was great for a place attached to a pub. There was no car noise in the morning because the rooms are away from the car park. The bed was comfy. Room had air conditioning and electric blankets. And it was extremely clean - recommended.

Friendly check-in. Clean & spacious room. Light-filled & highly functional bathroom. Comfortable beds. Classic country pub with modern accommodation at the back.

I had difficulties getting the air-con to work. First it wouldn't turn on and then when we had hot weather it would turn on, but then later it wouldn't turn off. I am fairly sure that the problem was that the batteries in the remote controller were almost flat. The hot weather got the electrons flowing enough to do the trick, but then when the room cooled down the batteries died again.

spacious family room- family room included a double bed room , a hall with 2 single bed and an area with a dining table and kitchenette. spacious and comfortable for our family of 5. convenient location. IGA and chemist warehouse and a cafe next door. Friendly staff. Good wifi connectivity.

No major issues. bed linen were not changed when the rooms were cleaned (not sure if we had to request change of linen). Fresh towels were supplied though. we only requested cleaning to be done couple of times during our 5 nights stay.

The room was big and clean and the shower was powerful and spacious. The meals and staff at the pub were great.

We’re both over 6 foot so the bed was small but the electric blankets were great.

Because of being hospitalised , i was unable to use the Hotel. BUT. I have to say that all the staff I spoke to about the cancelation were the most helpful, courteous people. I was very impressed and will definitely use the hotel on my next trip.

Booked 2 x rooms for a MTB trip away. Rooms were basic but spacious and super clean. Staff at the hotel were great & meals at the hotel were very good. Nice quiet location too.
