We had the two room which is a comfortable one bedroom apartment. Everything you need for a weeks stay. Parking under the building for a very small fee. Walking distance to the main downtown is quite far but the downtown is very nice. The Cathedral is a must.

Location is quite a way out of town with nothing but one grocery store in the area. The TGV station is one hour out of town which most people have no idea of. We took a bus from here to Paris then the bus returned at 10:30 (22:30) at night with no way back to town since the tram was not running, the schedule showed it had ran for two more hours. This is horrible for a town to leave people out in the middle of nowhere with no transportation. This will be all we will remember of this town.

The staff were excellent and very helpful. Underground secure parking for the hotel was great. Very conveniently located - close to the many attractions and the train station but still quiet. A great place to stay to visit Reims and the surrounding areas. Would definitely go back.

Just small points which would just enhance the stay really: a little bit of washing up liquid, washing up pad/cloth and a drying cloth in the kitchenette would be great. We stayed in a heatwave so aircon would have been great but I appreciate this may not be needed for much of the year.

The location was great, very close walking distance to the train station and main town centre, it felt safe and easy to get to/from for going to dinner, shopping etc. The staff were very helpful and friendly as well and accommodating as I was traveling with my bike. The room was spacious and comfortable and had all the basics you need and I slept very well there!

Breakfast started a bit late on Sunday so if you're catching an early train it's difficult to get anything. The kitchenette was fairly well equipped but could use some more basic things (like bowls and glasses) for those who want to self-cater.

It's good value for money and location good. A little walk to town but not too far. There's a gym across the road which was handy. Also a washing machine and dryer in basement which came in handy. There's also enough things in the kitchen to cook a meal if you want. Perfect for 3-5 days.

Everything was fine but I think you should take the gym picture down off your website as it's false advertising. Aircon would've been great too but I had a fan. I didn't realize there wasn't Aircon when I booked so my fault. Everything else fine.

Friendly front desk lady! Garage for MC under the reception! :) Spacious room with some view! The price was very good by Reim's standards. A doggy friendly place!

The room is well located, close to the train station. It is a good complete appartment with everything required for a short stay. The and staff very nice ! I have loved the kitchen kit, really appreciated !

Improvements would be the shower that is broken and doesn't fix to the top of the column and the stained walls giving a dirty look. I fully reccomend and I would come back for sure !

Comfortable bed in clean well lit modern room with kitchenette & nice bathroom. Friendly reception staff. A 3 to 5 minute walk from the back of the train station (Clairmarais exit) & a 10 minute walk into the town centre. I would stay here again when the weather is not hot and provided I didn't have to walk there alone in the dark at night from the centre. While the surrounding streets are quiet there is a really good little boulangerie just 1 min walk away that also makes coffee. There's a simple modern pizza restaurant just 5 mins walk with good pizza.

As per other reviews, even in early summer when it wasn't very hot, my West facing room was very warm. It cooled down at night with the window open but some people wouldn't want to stay there mid summer with just a fan. However, I wouldn't want to walk there in the dark from the city alone as the streets may be very deserted. This is not a problem in the long days of late autumn / early summer. While it is more like a one bedroom apartment I would have liked them to at least have a couple of tea bags.

The self-catering room was big, clean, and well-equipped and the bed was large and comfortable. My room was at the back of the building overlooking a grass quadrangle and it was exceptionally quiet. There is an excellent supermarket 5 mins walk from the hotel and it is in easy walking distance to the railway station.

Although the accommodation will provide a hairdryer on request, a hairdryer in the room would have been appreciated. This type of accommodation also usually provides an iron and ironing board, which again is available on request.

staff was friendly and kind, very helpful. check-in was quick. Loved the location 5min away from the train station yet far enough so that you feel you are in town yet not bothered by the trains. Location is residential and modern, quiet at night. The rooms are very economical too. only paid 65 EUR a night with a super large, kitchen equipped room and large bathroom (in which the toiliet was - which I do not mind).The room also has a boiler and coffee machine (filter) and all glass/cutlery/plates you need in addiition to the stove and fridge. The heating was working well (including in the bathroom) and the toilettry was clean. Contrary to my earlier review in 2021, I found the noise insulation was very good and improved (my room was on a lower floor as well). I can only recommend this place.
