Location and proximity to my work appointment

Noise from patrons was audible until early hours. Not too instrusive but in the background. No street parking, only a parking station nearby. To be expected because of the seafront location but none-the -less inconvenient , especially in heavy rain. The nightly food special was very ordinary, the vela schitzel was was dry and the coleslaw very salty.

Great location and a spacious 2 bedroom apartment.

Hot water seemed to take forever to come through to the shower.

location was excellent and room was large, clean and spacious and beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was very good and having the kitchen decked out with basic cutlery, cups, plates etc was really good.

The stairs and needing some fresh carpet in the bedroom and a few more furnishings on the balcony and in living room, ie. another couch maybe! The old disgusting carpet really made it look run down, when the bathrooms were lovely and the bed were comfortable. Having no lift working meant a lot of stairs. If the lift was working, it would have taken it from good to excellent.

Location, facilities, cleanliness & friendly staff. Food was really good, especially the included breakfast. We stayed mid-week, so crowds were not a problem either.

We chose an oceanfront location and got a room with no natural light. The single window was frosted glass and positioned near a flickering TV screen. As a result, the room was extremely dark. Housekeeping was hit and miss. Garbage emptied, but dirty crockery was left behind and coffee pods/milk not replenished during our 3 night stay. There was a general impression that the majority of staff were new or in training.

The Concierge Ben was exceptional he was very helpful to this 62 year unseasoned traveller who was unaware of the power thing with the card and the fact that Booking.com had me booked twice and when my phone was stuck on quick reboot sweetheart! Ne v er once made me feel embaressed and very friendly nicer than some of the younger Nurses I work with.

Downstairs disco kept me awake till 3am The free breakfast scrambled egg was cold and inadequate The girl at the breakfast must have taken 10 minutes plus t o make a new pot of coffee.and expected me to go back and check which I did once considering there were no other patrons lined up I th I ought that was a bit slack Would be great of the hotel had some sort of deal with the council car park I paid 71 dollars

- Location was amazing, very close to the beach and bars plus a very short walk from the ferry - The room was clean, well styled and comfortable, with a comfy bed and decent facilities - The hotel itself is quite big and linked to a few different pubs and bars, each offering something different in terms of vibe

- As it was above a few different bars, it is a noisy hotel. It didn’t bother me personally as I can sleep through it but for others it may be a real problem - My room only had a very small window and only one ceiling light so was a really really dark space!

There was no window and no jug do boil water for tea there was a coffee machine but no milk or milk whitening powder no iron The breakfast was awful a big breakfast but bacon was like cardboard so is the egg The mushrooms I think must have been deep fried The baked beans were full of chili and cheese I struggled to eat it chippe lotta's were okay but beside this I still enjoyed my stay

It's location is perfect. Manly beach is just across the street or a short walk down the Corso with shops and many restaurants to the Ferry wharf that can take you back to Sydney CBD. There was a guest lounge on the 1st floor with tables and chairs and lovely outdoor patio which was much appreciated since our room was very small.

No onsite parking was a major problem for us. We were in Manly for a wedding so stayed overnight. There are several car parking stations nearby but $75 for overnight is ridiculous but there was no other long term parking.

I really liked several aspects of the hotel. The complimentary breakfast was good, and the check-in process was efficient. They even held my luggage when I arrived an hour early. The room was clean, and the hotel staff was quick to bring me a hairdryer when I requested one from the front desk. The location of the hotel is fantastic. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop bar, which offers a great selection of cocktails. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was amazing, and having free coffee in the room was a nice touch.

My room lacked windows, and the bathroom initially didn't have a hairdryer, requiring me to call for one. I encountered some issues with the room keys, which would occasionally stop working—an annoying malfunction. Additionally, the hotel was somewhat noisy. Furthermore, I found the staff at the rooftop bar and during breakfast to be quite rude.

room is good! except no window, but I cannot complain, not as good as noise proof as I can hear the club song on a weekend by 2 AM, but it not too bad

No window. Also the customer service for breakfast was not very informing, did not tell me the coffee is about to be taken away while I was ordering for breakfast, so I went to the loo for 2 mins, came back been told I have to pay for the coffee as it finishes @ 10 Am, which I could have got my coffee before I went to loo,the waitress and the waitor is not flexible even I told them I ordered breakfast before 10 am but was unaware the coffee machine will be taken away by 10am, and they made me paid for my coffee when I did not have to
