I liked it very well it was in a very well location to gas stations Walmart wherever I needed to go to get whatever I needed there was a free shuttle from into Tampa international and we were able to get a shuttle from La Quinta to the cruise port for $10 a person which was amazing and the shuttle on the way back from the cruise port to the hotel only charges $40 for five people and a child under 4 which was also a very good deal and I was very appreciative everybody that worked there seemed very nice very willing to help yes I had a great time thank you

There really wasn't a whole lot that I didn't like besides the fact that there was only two towels in the bathroom one washcloth and one throw towel for your hands but other than that everything was good so I won't give it and example but yeah well anyways you'll see what I'm saying I think you should put at least four big towels two hand towels and at least two washcloths because in a two twin bed room I mean not twin to queen bedroom there's probably at least two to four adults so it would better be better if you put extra towels just to be on the safe side and a couple extra body wash and shampoo and stuff other than that it was

The lady at the front desk was so helpful and kind. I'm handicapped and she went out of her wY to help me with my luggage to my room. Thank you so much room148 Also when I was checking out one of the remodeling guys also helped me with my bags. What great people.

Finish your remodeling and I'm sure you will be back on top again. Keep up the good work. Also because I am handicapped I was aware that the bathtub did not have a grab bar. I know it was not a handicap room but for your guests there should be grab bars at least 1 in the shower. Room 148. I was not able to take a shower.

Airport shuttle to and from and also extra pay to go to cruise port was good. Breakfast was good between the hours they say. It is near the international plaza which is a nice walk

Knowing that people have to catch the shuttle at 4:30 and 5:30 am to airport, breakfast is to be part of the package, there is no reason they cannot put out some muffins or croissants and fruit and have available for the early birds. they could promote the ihop restaurant, i understand if we show them the card there is a discount, i happen to hear from other patriots

Great shuttle to and from airport. Counter service ok. Only 2 storied in shape of U so easy to get around (if mobility issues as I have). WONDERFULLY comfortable mattresses and accessible room was great. Parking right out front of unit. Fab! Bathroom towels clean, nice like the sheets. Good job! Breakfast easy, simple and plentiful.

Shocking pillows! Old, uncomfortable...made for bad nights sleep, unfortunately. Table lamp lights were not working in both rooms I stayed in. Accessible king room had no milk for coffees.

Pleasant people friendly

Some didn’t speak English …n and our room door locked us out and the night clerk told us to leave it unlocked when we leave if we stayed well we had dog he 6 yr old very friendly n no nuance but it took her 9 diff cards to try before we got in room n she said it happens a lot at her hotel n then she told us we need leave door unlocked well all our stuff was in there we wasn’t going to do that so we stayed until we couldn’t cause family emergency back home

Most important to me was cleanliness. It was super clean. Room was set for comfort and relaxation. Extra work desk and leather recliner chair, fridge and microwave. Everything was clean. The bed sheets were clean and smelled clean.

Breakfast was good enough to grab something. Perhaps bigger size coffee cups (current cups were like 8 or 10 oz) and a bit more varied. You don't alot of variation but perhaps bread/muffin type options w/the pkg danishes. The sandwiches were in a freezer to be warmed up by microwave/area was small or tight. But again, I appreciated having basic options for breakfast

Breakfast was good, wish they had waffle maker! Pool was great wish the towels were outside handy, parking was good, I hope next door needs to brighten their light bulbs so it can look as if they were open

Another gate opening for the pool, A small step going to our rooms had to remember to step up and down to get to lobby they can level that so there is no step The air conditioner wasn’t working when I set it, and the day I was leaving I noticed I had to press the reset button on the cord

The price is good (no closet at all, first time i staid in a hotel no closet and the refrigerator is like 2 feet high but if you planing for 2 week for the price is good and the location near 2 malls you can walk, restaurant the airport about 5 minute,Raymond Jame,the Yankees stadium about 10 minute in car(pet friendly 😀

When I spoke to one of the employees at the front desk on sept2 at 3 am the young female clerk I showed her my info of my booking and instead of me checking in early and I wouldn’t mind paying a fee she decided not to help us and i had to wait but an employee at the front desk a male allowed me to check in as long as I pay a fee he was the better employee.the younger one I had a problem with she didn’t help not one bit.and I didn’t check in until 9 am so I had to stay up late until 9 to check in but other than that my stay was good.my only issue is that young female employee

The hotel advertises free airport pickup. I called from the airport and followed their instructions. 3 times I called. They apologized and said they would send their driver, No one came. I paid my own taxi to the hotel. The workers pointed their fingers and blamed each other. No, they did not reimburse me. Maybe the offer of an airport pickup is a scam. I do not know
