We originally booked a room as we were only staying for a night but we lucky get upgraded to an apartment due to lack of availability and avoid any disruptions to our trip; (thank you). The location was perfect as pretty much all line of trams stops around but also near the top sight seeing Milan. The apartment size was pretty nice and well equipped although plugs somewhat short to plug the microwave. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

One thing we did!’t like is that check out hour is too early (not sure if there was an option for late check out as we weren’t advised).

Excellent location. Nearby there are a lot of places to eat (mostly Italian and Asian restaurants). Moreover, it is located near metro station as well as the city center.

It was a little bit difficult to find the room after receiving the keys from the reception. It was hot inside even during nighttime.

The room was even bigger than we needed, beautifully dacorated with modern furniture and very clean. The staff always responed fast to our messages and gave us plenty of information through our stay on how to get around the city. Also, Navigli is a very lively neighbourhood to walk, eat, drink etc.

It may be useful to keep in mind that there is no elevator, although it wasn't a big problem for us. Also, although it is a walkable distance from the center, it is about 35 min walking which can be tiring. During the day though, it is very easy to use thr tram and there is a stop less than 5 min form the appartement.

Overall a brilliant stay, lovely and clean room.Friendly staff, despite being outside of check in timings because of flight cancellations, the staff still managed to work with me to ensure I was able to collect the keys and have somewhere to stay unlike my original booking! Staff was good help and had some recommendations on things to do around the area! Location was brilliant with a supermarket literally around the corner and many shops. It was about a 10 minute tram journey only costing about €2 to the city centre. Also it was a 5 minute walk from the naviglio grande with many bars/restaurants to visit

Very small room

This hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to the city center (15/20min) through charming streets. The rooms were clean and tidied daily, with fresh bed linen and towels provided each day. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were also able to store our bikes in the garage, which was a big plus. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay!

The rooms are small, but perfectly fine for a few days. After all, in Milan, you'll be spending most of your time outside.

Great spacious rooms, great showers, air conditioning and fabulous location between the old centre and the more Boho Navigli. Reception was welcoming and efficient.The rooms were light, spotless and seemed fresh. Bed linen was comfy. The range of room types is quite different so be aware of this if you have mobility issues or particular preferences.

Not really something to dislike, more something to be aware of. the parking is next door at the supermarket and some spots are awkward and tight, others fine. It costs 15 euros.

The apartment was spacious, clean and nice.

Gates that required electronic keys that the staff forgot to give to us. The instructions to access the apartment were not clear, apartments had no numbers or letters, in the end the staff had to come to bring the electronic keys. The apartment had a spiral stair not good for older people, but the upstairs was very spacious and nice. The sofa bed downstairs was not very comfortable. Overall everything was fine, just make sure you get a good explanation of where the apartment is, since many have no number and get electronic keys.

Fantastic value, great location, spacious apartment, helpful staff. I loved being able to walk to the Duomo, Sforza Castle, the market, or anywhere I wanted to go. Room included a dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso machine, microwave, and stovetop. All clean, new, and lovely. A pleasant surprise!

Bring earplugs! On weekdays every sound in the morning reverberates in the courtyard. The weekends are quieter. We also ran out of body soap after one shower on day 1, and I had to wash with hand soap until we could request and get more.

1- Checking in was made easy for me, even though I arrived at the apartment at 3 am. The instructions provided were clear and included pictures on how to access the key and the apartment. The apartment was just a minute's walk away from the main premises. 2- Location is great near to my university "Bocconi" and easy access to trams.

1- Although everything was available in the apartment, it required some effort to locate certain items. For instance, to turn on the stove, I needed a lighter which was present, but I had to search through multiple cabinets to find it. Additionally, there was no iron in the apartment, but upon notifying the management, they promptly provided one. 2- I would suggest management to ensure that all electric switches are in proper working condition and provide multiple outlets as some of them were not functional. It wasn't a big hassle, but I had to use a single outlet for ironing, internet, and hair dryer.
