My family and I had to stay over in Madrid just for one night, and needed a place near the airport. This place was very clean, and everyone was super helpful! Airport shuttle included which was amazing and got us to the airport on time with no issues. We left so early in the morning, they even gave us some fruit to take with us! The beds were comfortable, good shower, perfect for what we needed. Definitely recommend for a family, had a very cute little sitting area aswell with a TV included, and privacy to the rooms. All in all, great experience, would go again!(:

It is an incredible hotel, very close and accessible to the major road. Also not too far from the airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was quite good which impressed me.

The swimming pool was closed. I was told the pool was closed for the period. This was not stated in the hotel info and it was a major factor in me selecting the hotel. I was disappointed me a lot as I believe it should have been stated on their website (or in booking.com) that the swimming pool is closed. When I enquired from the front desk, I didn’t get any tangible information regarding the pool which again disappointed me. It was one of the reasons I wanted to checkout early but I could because the hotel wouldn’t give a refund.

The breakfast is exceptional and the restaurant staff is kind and helpful. At the reception, we would like to mention Miguel Smith. He was the only one we received polite and helpful treatment from.

They don't have a shuttle to the airport from 07:30 to 11:30, so we had to order a taxi. The hotel is in an area that is not pleasant to walk around. There are no shops within a reasonable walking distance of the hotel. Access to the dining room is inconvenient and requires passing through an open, cold patio. The bathroom is cramped because the bidet is stuck in front of the bathtub. There were no hangers to hang a second towel and clothes, and there was a lack of toilet paper. The safe is very small and does not even fit a tablet and certainly not a laptop. The arrangement of the beds in the bedroom creates crowding.

I didn't like the generic name of the hotel with other nearby similar names that are affiliated with the Meliá chain. I spoke in my native Spanish with the bus driver about going to a Meliá hotel and showed him my reservation in my mobile phone and he confirmed I was going to the correct hotel. I even helped translate English-Spanish for the driver and a few other passengers. After about 15 minutes waiting in line to check in, the front desk clerk informed me I was in another Meliá hotel and I had a choice of taking a taxi (given it was already around 22:00h) or the airport shuttle back and then take the other one to the correct hotel, but which can take a long while, given the time of the evening. The taxi ride of almost 20 euros was on my own.

The hotel was very nice, the room was confortable, very good breakfast and good price for dinner.

At the airport we had to wait almost 2 hrs after arriving from our flight because the hotel bus didnt show up earlier. It was supposed to go by every 30 min but the wait was simply too long.

The check-in desk is open 24/7 and it was not an issue to arrive at 2am. The staff were alright and the breakfast was good. The room I had was clean and the shower had great pressure and temperature. The airport shuttle bus was good but I was lucky to get on since there were more people waiting than the bus could fit (would be very frustrating if running on a tight schedule). The bus is free and you just have to get signed up for it the day before/prior to using it.

The only complaint I have about this experience was that the beds had strange full-width pillows (like 1.5m long pillows) which were also a bit narrow and too thick in my opinion. I assume that if I had called to ask for normal pillows they would have brought something but I was too tired to deal with it.

the hotel is close to Madrid's airport and that was the main purpose of this visit. They have regular airport shuttle busses so this may the travel easier. The services are limited, especially food and drinks, you are mostly limited to the vending machines in the lobby and it is usually very crowded. For the purpose of traveling out of Madrid, it is a nice place to stay overnight.

It was clean and cleaned regularly. It was great for airport, free bus service to and from the airport. It was also close to wanda metropolitano which was my reason for travelling. The breakfast was great, plenty of choice hot and cold. It was also great for pastries and I have a sweet tooth.

The hotel was complicated to get to with public transportation. It was also not so great for those wanting the city centre but the staff were very good and helpful in giving directions to use public transport or if budget allows they phone taxis and they arrive in minutes at front door and they give you a ticket with taxi registration so you know its your car

Nice and big, could be really nice with some improvements. Service at restaurant was not very attentive, we waited for more than 30 minuets for a beer. Cashier had to come serve us because waitress didn’t seem to want to serve us, after she was told by cashier that we were waiting. Location is far from subway, but bus line runs right in front of hotel to get you to subway station. But you can’t come back late, bus line stops running by 9 pm. You have to Uber from metro station. The area around hotel looks abandoned

House keeping didn’t refill coffee, creamers or water. Staff at reception wasn’t very helpful. Other than that
