Everything was just as described. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. My husband loved that there was a sauna on site. Located right next to the metro if needed. Lots of parking on site and parking was free. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Thomas at the front desk was great and easily refunded 1 nights stay when we had to cut our trip short unexpectedly. Will definitely stay here again when traveling to the Montreal area.

There were no bath towels in the bathroom but a quick call to the front desk and towels were brought up within 5-10 minutes.

VERY conveniently located next to the metro station (literally next door). Even though the exterior does not look very inviting, the interior is exceeding expectations: spacious modern rooms, spacious bathroom, good views towards the city. Free parking. comfortable beds.

Got charged 40 CAD for an early check-in; we asked for a late check-out (1 hour later), but that would have cost another 40 CAD. You can smell the swimming pool in the foyer. This makes it feel quite cheap.

Location is perfect. You can theoretically park your car at the hotel and never have to fight the traffic the whole trip as the bus terminal and metro is across the street. Easy commute to the city.

Would prefer to have a microwave in the room rather than down the hall at the ice machine. But having a fridge in the room is very helpful. Also since we are not French speaking, it would be nice to have a bigger selection of English speaking programs on TV (only one channel and a news channel) OR an option for a streaming service.

We had a very pleasant stay. We enjoyed the pool and sauna area. The front desk was very polite and helpful. The vending machines were very convenient. The beds were very comfortable.

The only complaint we had, was that there were members from a ringette tournament with their parents that were staying there. They were very loud and running all around the hotel playing with the elevators and throwing ice at each other. The parents all had beverages in the pool area when it was marked on pool rule signs NO food or beverages.

Metro yellow-line entrance is literally steps from the front door of this property. If you're traveling to Montreal with a car, this is the best hotel I have found so far. Plenty of parking with easy in-and-out ability. Staff was very welcoming and professional. The hotel was clean and we left with nothing to complain about. Without question, we will stay here again when visiting Montreal.

I wish the price was a bit nicer, but I could say that about anything.

Excellent location, next to the subway station. Free parking. We stayed two nights and parked our car in the hotel. We visited Montreal by public transportation with a cost effective 3-day pass. It is very much appreciated the free parking of the whole day on our departure day. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Only a minor point: No grocery store within walking distance.

Location of the hotel is great being near to Metro station made it easy for us, room and washroom was clean and decent. comfortable bed and value for money stay. Morning breakfast was good as well and great hospitality by the staff.

Although area is decent but the break ins in the parking lot is the concern. On our last day the car parked adjacent to us had their rear window broken. felt sorry for the guy could've been ours. Apart from this everything was amazing.

Reception service and processing check in went pretty smooth. Room was fairly spacious, seemed recently renovated with new furniture items. HD Television.

When we arrived Bed wasn't made properly. Washroom does not have a exhaust fan. So, after taking a shower everything fogged up. View shown in the Ad is different than what we got. Our room was just facing a next apartment building. To get a towels, wash clothes, we had to go downstairs as there was no room service.

The staff was friendly. The hotel was conveniently located right next to the metro. There was parking onsite if needed. And finally, the price was unbeatable.

The AC was loud at night, but otherwise there was no other ventilations in the room. Also the doors were not quite sound proof. During our stay, we can hear people walking and talking in the hallway at night.

The location, close the metro. The beds are so comfortable, hotel room was clean. Staff are always friendly and attentive. Nice indoor pool. Close by to retail stores for shopping.

Would be nice if the fridges in the rooms were a bit bigger. All of our food froze and we had to throw most of it out.
