Honestly my experience with the La Quinta was I mean anything from start to finish the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating they made me feel very welcome everybody down to housekeeping was so nice if you walked by them they said hi I hope you have a great day how are you I mean the staff here is top notch

I know from working in previous hotels that this couldn't be helped but the pool and hot tub were not working but it was no big deal would have been nice to use but I completely understand how it works

- Convenient location, restaurants and gas stations within walking distance. - Clean rooms - Comfortable beds - Free breakfast with good food. - Decent hospitality.

We reserved the room with the king bed and sofa bed. No sheets were provided for us at arrival or in our room. And when requested, we had to retrieve the sheets from the front desk. For the price we paid (twice the amount compared to surrounding hotels), I expected better service from the staff.

The room was very comfortable. We needed a king size bed because my husband is tall. The breakfast had many options so there is something for everyone. We had a room with a creek view so I could hear it at night.

They allow pets at this hotel which is totally great, but our room had a funny odor. The breakfast was great but they need to figure out how to keep up on restocking a little better. We were there at 7:30 am and they were already out of eggs. It isn't their fault that a la crosse team was staying there and may have been early birds.

Location, comfy.

A bit too loud: could hear people upstairs and next door quite vividly. Complimentary cosmetics for the bathroom were just empty bottles. Housekeeping should check those regularly. Pool was a bit cold, too many ppl. And weekend breakfast should be same time as daily breakfast, for those of us wanting to get in the road earlier. Creepy guy wandering thru hotel, obviously not a guest.

Nice place, Rey clean and comfortable.

The staff was nice but not very friendly. One girl was sitting in the office with her legs up on the desk when we went to checkout and didn’t get up to take our key or ask if we wanted a receipt. Not a good look for a front desk receptionist. Sunday breakfast was not ready at 7 am,hardly any food out and only one staff member. Saturday’s breakfast was great!

Extremely nice accommodating staff. We didn’t make it in time for the first night and they worked with us.

The only issue we had was toilet was stopped up but easy fix but the pool. It was soooooooo hot in that little room with the pool and the work out room needs better ventilation in there. Couldn’t stay in there long because was so hot and humid in there.

Breakfast was the best! The gentleman overseeing it was very nice, kept it very clean, & well stocked. Good variety of food that was always fresh! Best part of our stay!

Refrigerator in our room was quite noisy; would calm down once in a while. Could have used more lighting in the room. Outside of facility could use a some sprucing.

This hotel is in a very convenient location, it is mostly clean and fairly affordable. The room we were in was awesome it was very large with a jacuzzi tub. Also the staff is very nice.

The room was pretty dusty everywhere and the jacuzzi tub wasn't clean enough. I cleaned it before I used it and a lot of the grime and marks came off. The bathroom floor was dirty also, I didn't want to walk on it without shoes. I found a lot of pet hair in the room too on window sills and in the tub.

Cleanliness and breakfast

The young man at check-in with all the tattoos was nice enough, but but lacked the communication skills to engage with us. I asked about eating options and he told us the names of two places and said he didn't know anymore.There were easily 5 or six restaurants visible from the front door.

Room was comfortable and clean

The smell of pot smoking occurring inside the motel. If guests are not allowed to smoke cigarettes in the hotel then they shouldn’t be able to smoke anything else in there either. I could smell it strongly in the hallways and it started to seep through the walls to our room.
