Very close to the bus and train station... very easy to find it with GPS on Google maps..we arrived few hours earlier and they let us leave our suitcases inside, and we were able to check in a bit earlier! Very helpful and kind personel,we stayed in the top floor room, it was spacious and clean,with everyday cleaning.you can use the coffee machine or fix a tea in the kitchen Very easy and it's a good way to start the day. you have absolute privacy! Very quiet area, and you can go in all the main attractions pretty quick! There's a super market pretty close! The bed was perfect (specially for the back problem that I have), and you got two pillows. Warm water all the time!!! And it was always more than enough for us two!!! If I ever go back to Venice I will totally go there again!!!! Book it with no second thoughts!!!

I was asked for my passport and to pay by two peeps, even thought I had already paid. No big deal but not ideal.

Great location so close to train station and vaporetto stop, and also felt 'off the beaten track'. Very sound proof windows (surprising how quiet it was given that there was a music venue with people on the street very close to apartment). Apartment was very clean, shower was great, bed was comfortable, and appreciated having small fridge in room, even though there was a handy shared kitchen area with coffee maker and tasty cookies. great little bar with friendly staff, tasty cicchetti, and spritz called Cip and Ciop about a minute walk away

Had some problem contacting host, not sure if it was related to booking.com website or host email, but could not contact prior to arriving to confirm that room was available (most places we stayed charged us upfront so we knew they knew we were coming, but this host did not charge until we got there). Caused fair bit of concern the day we arrived as we were not sure that we would be able to get in and the rain was torrential. However, we did get buzzed into the room when we arrived, and when we did meet up with host later that evening, she was very helpful.

Great location, ideal place for a stay in Venice. All fine in the room. Wi-Fi is truly wonderful (fibre speed, if you need it for work, is wonderful). No real breakfast, but a working Nespresso machine and some biscuits really make the difference.

The beds are too much on the springy/soft side. Too many pillows in the room. Once you've removed them from the bed, you don't know where to put your things… Very steep stairs to reach the room, not a problem for me but could be for other people. Some noise outside until 23, but after is very silent. it's expensive, but in Venice every accommodation is. That's a common issue.

When trying to find accommodation in Venice we found it really difficult to gauge where was a good location, but we were so happy with La Loggia Della Luna. It’s about 15 minute walk from the grand canal and we stumbled across loads of hidden gems along the way. I think we were much better off being a little way from the centre, in terms of both cost and to help exploring/ getting your bearings! We were very close to the train station and bus station, which was helpful for a boat trip to Murano and Burano. We got the number 5 bus from the airport which is very regular and direct to the bus station, then an 11 minute walk to the accommodation - not the easiest with a suitcase due to bridges and cobbled streets but that’s as expected! The room was perfect, cleaned and restocked every day and the shared communal kitchen with some snacks (cakes, biscuits, fruit) in was perfect to start the day. We didn’t have much interaction with Laura and Luca however they were reachable if we needed anything. The decor was really modern and tasteful, and the communal area smelt lovely. Would recommend staying here for a trip to Venice!

Conveniently located within a 10 minute walk of the train and bus stations, this room is, happily, a few streets removed from heavy tourist traffic. Small shops and restaurants are just steps away. And no matter which way you turn, Venice's enchanting alleys and canal vistas await your exploration.

As in all of Europe's ancient cities, plan to travel light in anticipation of many steps inside and outside of lodging. Npot a negative, but a part of the experience.

The hosts were fantastic - from check in to check out. We arrived after 8pm due to trains and the hosts were ready and waiting for us. The room was clean and made up the next day also. To top it all off, we had a big day booked/planned on check out day and the hosts allowed us to keep our bags at reception the entire day after check out, which was amazing. Location was nearby to the water bus which I highly recommend getting a pass for, as it made travelling around easy (especially with kids)

Absolutely beautiful room in an historical building, this was a great place to stay in Venice. The staff were friendly and super helpful. Our room was bigger than expected and the bathroom was well appointed. We walked the area along the canal, past restaurants and cafes, and to the shopping area where you can buy souvenirs or an extra suitcase or beautiful leather handbags and backpacks, or taste boutique chocolates, and enjoy an ice-cream. Sitting at a cafe enjoying people watching and a beer before wandering to the nearest bridge to take photos of the sunset over Venice is a great way to end your day, before finding your way back to your comfy bed.

There was nothing to dislike here at all.

Great location close to train easy to access just a short walk, slightly out of the main areas however we preferred that to get away from the crowds. I expected it to be noisier with communal area but had no issues. Check in was remote and easy, listen out for the voice when you press the doorbell as it was a little hard to hear at first.

Room was a bit dirty - quilt needed a cover. Was all stained. Otherwise can’t fault.
