Love that it was so close to the border and the under garage parking! The staff and food was good! Appreciate the glass bottle of water in the room!

The restroom could’ve use some shampoo, conditioner and bar soap… it did have a one for all dispenser in the shower but was scared to put in my hair and make it dry. Just something minor not a big deal for me but was surprised. Overall I did enjoyed my stay! :)

There's a lot to do in the area and very close walking distance to shops and great restaurants.

I wish the room was a bit bigger and the pet friendly rooms were all on the same floor where the carpet smelled like pee. Wish the check in process went a bit more smooth as they had to change our room to a different room that was pet friendly. Our sheets felt damp when we first entered the room and the toilet seat felt too small for the toilet.

I loved the location of the hotel. I also thought that your staff was great! Rooms were comfy. I felt safe!

I didn't like the TV. The TV was small and didn't have apps like YouTube. When I get ready, I like to play music and I was not able to do so. I also didn't like the buffet. It can use some upgrading.

Clean, great location, very helpful and polite staff. Close to convenient store, Oxxo, and delicious taco place, Taqueria Franc.

We went in early March and a/c unit was only programmed for heating and not cool a/c. Room was warm during the night. Not enough bath towels,no hand or face towels. Pillows were too soft.

Great location, clean and quiet surroundings. Perfect for a couple or friends. Close to great food.

Not a family hotel per se as the rooms are on the smaller side. Other hotels are more spacious and with a pool. Other than that it’s fine.

Staff is cortious and place is clean , is located in center to walk at different shops.

Breakfast is only hot cakes and chilaquiles and mix egg. I only eat once because I don't like most off the food no toaster..

It's a modern looking hotel with a convenient location and great underground parking. There are many restaurants, pharmacies, and a conveince store nearby.

The staff is not as friendly as most of people of Tijuana. The room key had to be reset daily which is a problem when using the elevator. The shower drain was very slow which created a flood in the bathroom on my first night. I called the front desk and was told they would call me back later. After an hour I went to the front desk and was told that housekeeping and maintenance had gone home. The following day I spoke to housekeeping who told me they had not been informed about the problem. She got on her phone and informed someone about the shower drain. On the following morning the drain was still clogged and I had to take a 3 minute shower to avoid flooding the bathroom. I then reported the problem to the manager. I don't know if the clogged drain was ever repaired.

Tijuana is one of my favorite cities and I have to say this hotel helped me enjoy it even more than usual. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Zona Rio. The staff, well they were very nice and helpful. Also, there is a nice restaurant and bar from where you can watch the city go by outside. Very comfortable hotel.

The location was perfect, checking in was easy and all the stuff looks wonderful
