Good free breakfast includes hot food and they do refill as it gets close to 10:00 AM cut off time. Can walk to restaurants on Revolution easily, not streets look a but shady but that's most side streets of Revolution. Plenty of secure parking. Costco is across the road. Can walk to border easily, but walkway area looks a bit shady, would not recommend after dark. house keeping staff are very friendly and helpful. Called front desk for extra sheets and they came to the room promptly. Good prices for the weekend compared to other hotels nearby.

Room had a nice desk to set up a laptop, but no outlet near by. Double bed had only one night stand and outlets on one side only, not good for two people with two phones to charge. Saw double rooms, have only one night stand in the middle, again issue if 4 people are sharing.

Great location far enough from the noise, but a short walk to Avenida Revolución and the cultural center. The rooms were very modern and everything was nice and clean when I arrived. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They serve breakfast which was simple but satisfying.

I truthfully was delighted with the hotel but if I could change one thing is simply a small desk and chair or small table with chair to dine on in the rooms. I got a cold during my stay and ordered food and had to eat in bed because there is no desk or dinnette table in the room.

I liked that the room was spacious and clean.

The rooms were large and the beds comfortable. The room was clean. Water pressure and temperature were spot on! The policy was no guests allowed in rooms but could meet in communal spaces was nice. No loud parties or feeling insecure about strangers (that weren't guests) wandering around. The parking garage was secure. Everyone was super friendly.

The gathering spaces and halls smelled bad. The ramp leading to the parking garage was insanely narrow and on a busy interchange (was a bit dicey getting in and out)

Great hotel offering breakfast and basic accommodations. Nothing too spectacular, but perfect for my visit here for dental work. The staff are always friendly and professional. The rooms have everything you need. Again, it's not a luxury hotel, so it's not fancy.

I would LOVE to see a nice comfortable lounge chair with a foot stool in my room. It's very uncomfortable using your bed as a chair trying to watch TV or read a book.

The only thing I would say is the breakfast could get up grade no much to chose from and they need a toaster bout it’s ok for the price I still in joyed my stay

Best value in Tijuana. Close to food, fun and the drinks sold there are appropriately priced. 4 Electrolit's for under $10 and 2 personal LA Cetto Cabs for $11, they seem to really care about providing excellent service.

The surrounding area seems to be getting worse, but this is not in their control. The walk back from the movies I counted about 10 homeless people in the 3 blocks.

Front desk staff were all Awesome, breakfast staff too. Front desk readily changed me from a gross rm to a Great one when I complained about the grossness Breakfast yummy per usual

First rm they gave me had Loud Construction right outside window ( at 1030 PM), & on opening bathroom door, was Flooded w horrible Sewer Stink throughout… Breakfast was cold both mornings, despite getting there just after 7am

To be honest its a simple room with basic facilities but wouldnt expect more from a place like this. For what you get, it was too pricey for me but maybe so because it was the weekend. Staff were nice, courteous. I gave the hotel a good score because I left my phone in a taxi. When I informed them, they immediately called the taxi driver and asked him to meet me. Got my phone back! GRACIAS

Well the breakfast was so so. The shower tiny and the aircond kept making a loud sound when switching off everytime it reached the set temperature. Then it would turn on again. And then once the temperature is met, the loud sound again. Was difficult to sleep. And the tv channels were not as per the channel listing provided.

Front desk very helpful & polite, detail oriented Breakfast was Awesome & the serving folks were wonderful Room was unexpectedly lovely, painted purple, & very clean too.

My room apparently was right over a busy road, so constant loud traffic, plus LOUD construction until after 7pm right outside my window. Will request a different side of building next time
