Nice looking hotel with smallish but perfectly usable bedroom & bathroom. it seems to be quite a new building, but its character is in keeping with the traditional local buildings. Reasonable amount of on site parking - we visited out of season so there were lots of spaces. Breakfast was fine - including many fresh items, fruit, yoghurt & eggs cooked in at least 2 different ways. Areopolis is an easy and safe shirt (say 2-3 minute) walk away - its centre is old & quaint and brought to mind an idealised Mexican village. Plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants + a bakery and supermarket are available in Areopolis.

The room we were allocated smelt very strongly of cigarette smoke - as the hotel was full we just put up with it. The staff were all perfectly pleasant but all seemed to be a bit subdued & disengaged- this is perhaps understandable at the end of the season but the staff in every other hotel we visited managed at least to pretend to be cheerful! If the staff came over as a bit more engaged and lively, it would - at no cost - improve the guest experience.

It was basic, but clean. Breakfast was great. Bed was comfortable. Staff was helpful with requests.

The night we stayed, the town was experiencing power bumps, possibly due to high winds. In and of itself it wasn't a big problem except that every time the power cycle of and on, the air-conditioning would make its startup beep. It would have been annoying while sleeping, so we just pulled the card before going to sleep, cutting power to the room. It was fine by morning, once the wind died down. Can't really fault the hotel for this beyond its control.

Great location within easy walking distance of Areopolis. Modern with excellent pool. Good quality breakfast.

As brought to the attention of the hotel the stairs leading to rooms 301 to 305 do not have a hand rail and are a potential falling risk to older adults with poor mobility.

We had several rooms, one of which was in the newer wing, which is lovely. The older wing had more character, was more spacious, and in all highly functional and clean. The pool was fantastic - great location with mountains and sea views by the pool. The staff was great and very helpful each time we asked for assistance or advice.

Great location with just a short walk into town. Comfy and clean room with good air conditioning. The pool was a plus and was nice for the weather. The staff was amazing and very helpful. The town Areopoli is beautiful, especially in the evening.

Small downside was the closed pool side bar, but they were still able to make us drinks for the pool.

Hotel was a good value for the money we paid. Very hospitable family the owners and very professional. Nice breakfast and nice food. The most important thing that made our choice of this hotel to worth its money was the spotless cleanness of all the areas of the hotel, the clean and nice smelling towels and bed sheets that were changed everyday and one very important thing for me, that I always complain in other hotels I visited, was the cupboard and drawers that were super clean and not smelly at all. Bravo!! Rooms, common toilets, lounge areas, swimming pool area and in general all the hotel was perfectly clean. The rooms were comfortable, not very large but atequate with nice verantas with sea views, pool views and mountain views. Mrs Valentina was an excellent host without minimizing the kindness and hospitality of all other members of the family owners. I would trongly suggest this hotel to all my friends should they travel to Areopolis.

The old air conditions iwere old and the one in our room that although it worked was making a terrible noises all the time was on. A small comment should be direct to the son running the pool area to be a little more willing to serve and little more polite. A smile on his face could make the difference!!😀

Lovely staff and a great location, walking distance to Areopoli town, and short drives to all the beaches. Pool was very handy, and we had a nice big balcony overlooking it all.

Two bedroom apartment was literally two rooms which meant sleeping a newborn was a bit tricky but we got by!

Conviently located just outside Areopoli, just a short walk from the amenities. Appropriate accomodation for staying-in or exploring holidays. Surely we will stay there again. Happy to recommend!

Minor issues: suggest to change towels and sheets more often
